Lovely well presented cup cakes!! They tasted amazing. The delivery was on time and had a cool bag to make sure they did not melt as the weather was very hot, excellent service.

I need to buy vegan cake slices because one of my colleagues is dairy intolerant. I bought them because we had a team meeting three days before my birthday and I wanted them to join me my celebrations.

The entire team thought the cakes were delicious most tasty and I thought they were a little expensive but the reaction made that worth it

Ordered for a friend for her birthday and she loved the cupcakes and remarked on how tasty and well decorated they were also said how well they were packaged. Will definitely order again.

I have used Candy's Cupcakes several times before and have always been happy, which is why I chose them for our baby's gender reveal.

Unfortunately, despite ordering pink reveal cupcakes, the filling was blue, which spoiled our family gender reveal and caused a lot of confusion.

The company apologised and refunded the cupcake cost, but not the delivery charge. While I appreciate the apology, I was disappointed that I had to push for a refund rather than it being offered, and that the full order value wasn't refunded.

It's a shame, as I'd previously had good experiences.

I would 100% recommend Candy's. Their communication during the order process is excellent. The cakes arrive well-packaged and with ice packs and the cakes themselves taste like they're straight out of your own kitchen!

I bought this particular batch for a baby shower and everyone was suitably impressed and Candy's may well have got a few more customers as a result.

This is, maybe, my fourth time of ordering from Candy's and I will definitely continue to do so.

Terrible experience on tik tok
First time using auction they said we can order multiple items and get refund for the other postage .....however I was not so I paid x 4 ...3.99 they owe me over £10 refund in postage I pray you will please rectify this and reply

Lovely decoration and tatse superb. The cupcakes came by delivery on the day and packed very nice amd fresh.

I opened one of my cakes in a jar, it was a day after the best before date and found mould. In my opinion it should read use by as I was told by customer service because it passed the best before date, I couldn’t get a refund. I left a 1 star review on TikTok and the below was the reply I received:

During a heatwave we always recommend refrigeration, god knows how these have been stored or even if that is perfect mould on top after taking out of a jar of if this is the work of AI?! Either way we give them 2 weeks so they’ve not been stored correctly.

So I have no clue how to use AI, I stored them as per instructions I received in the delivery, and I didn’t put the mould there myself. You can go to TikTok and find my review under the Areo cake in a jar, I also left pictures there. They did not have 2 weeks shelf life given a day or so.

The cupcakes where came on time, packaged perfectly, came fresh and absolutely tasty. Thank you! 😁

I placed an order for a gift to be delivered the following day. An hour delivery slot was given and I made sure the recipient would be home. The order was not delivered and as this was a Friday there was no response from Candy's Cupcakes and it was impossible to contact the delivery company. I had been told the recipient would receive update messages but they did not. A message was later sent to say they would be delivered on Monday! Not only was this disappointing because the gift would be late but it was food items carried around in a van all day and then kept in a depot. I paid £5.99 delivery for that.
I had emailed the company and waited all day Monday and got no reply. I contacted them on instagram and the person who replied was really quite rude and dismissive. Customer service should be empathetic but they took no accountability and basically said the recipient wasn't in or they had not heard the delivery driver. Not true at all. Having read other reviews and the company's responses I see I am not the only person to have this bad customer service. Oh and they instantly blocked me on instagram!

Ive used Candys Cupcakes for special events on a few occasions. Every time they have been perfect. The cupcakes are amazing. Really well presented and taste excellent. I would definitely recommend using them.

Delicious cupcakes even 4 days after delivery. Arrived beautifully decorated and really well protected in transit. Sponge was super light. Was a great addition to daughters birthday party!

It was so easy to place an order online for cake at Candy’s Cupcakes for my friend’s birthday only a few days before. There was a great selection to choose from and the prices were really reasonable. Communication was great and I received regular delivery updates. She lives in quite a remote place, miles away from me, but this wasn’t a problem for Candys Cupcakes. Delivery was made on time, on her special day and she was absolutely thrilled and told me the cakes were delicious! Everything was perfect and I will definitely order again.
