The tray bake I ordered for my daughter’s birthday was superb. The quality of the cake, the decoration was all fabulous. It tasted amazing too, and I have fussy children when it comes to cake.
The cake and additional cupcakes were delivered safely and it arrived in perfect condition. Will definately be using again.

Cup cakes arrived on time and were packaged really well. The cupcakes were beautifully decorated. For my taste the ratio of icing to sponge was a little off, which meant we ended up not eating all of our icing and throwing it away. Also if you ate the sponge on its own it was salty but I assume this is intentional to balance the sweetness of the icing.

Delicious cakes, and beautifuly decorated, my daughter and her friends loved them. Excellent customer service and arrived on time very well packed, I will definitely be ordering more soon.

Cakes were not delivered at all. Turned out the address information hadn't uploaded so courier couldn't deliver. No one thought to call and check, and no refund offered. Poor customer service.

My experience was such a positive one and my partner was absolutely delighted to receive his cake box on his birthday. Needless to say, it didn’t last long! I made an error when ordering and this was very quickly rectified by the customer service team. I will definitely buy again.
