Do not recommend
We placed our candy order on January 28th, specifically for a Valentine’s Day event. Despite the ample lead time, we received no updates about shipping even a week after placing the order. It quickly became apparent, after several back-and-forth messages with the shop that our order would not arrive in time.
The shop offered a refund, which we accepted. Yet, weeks passed without any refund, and our attempts to contact the shop (via email and phone) were entirely ignored. Then, as if nothing had happened, the order suddenly arrived on March 9th long after the event, rendering it pointless.
The customer service and communication throughout this were absolutely terrible. It’s incredibly frustrating to now receive an automated request to “rate the shop.” Well, here you go: This entire ordeal could have been avoided if you had simply followed up and cared for your customers in the first place. Would not recommend.
