SCAM
I bought this in 2012 it was a good product. My computer crashed and I needed to reload all my software. The key no longer works. I have written to them on many occasions NO REPLY.

Complete Fraud, this product never worked
The registration key never worked for me and I tried several times to reach the company via email... no phone number, be very cautious!!!! This company is unresponsive and will not attempt to resolve any issue with their nonworking product. They make no attempt to reply to your messages and you have to take it up with your credit card to get the charges reversed... BE AFRAID!!! There are other products out their that perform this function without ripping you off.

RIP OFF
This company is a total fraud. They continue to charge your credit card with no available contact info. There is nowhere on the website to see your account information. You must open a ticket with your complaint which they will immediately ignore and close ticket. They have no phone number. Don't say you were not warned. My credit card company agreed with me and refunded the money but it was a pain in the you know what.

TERRIBLE!
They continue to charge me annually for a product that never worked and that I cancelled. Will not respond to my e-mails and they have no phone number. I've been trying for 3 months to get a response. VERY DISAPPOINTED. DON"T GET STUCK WITH THIS!!

Great software, worth every penny!!
This is the best program ever. I am a music enthusiast who was so dissapointed when I tried to transfer my songs from my ipod to my computer. I have more than 7000 songs. I must sync all songs to my itunes. Otherwise, the songs in my ipod may be erased. With copytoy, I can transfer songs and photos to my computer easily. I am sooooo thankful!
