No response, no delivery

No response. Ordered a week ago, received order number but parcel was not shipped, nor did I get a reply from the emails I sent.
If anyone from Cannabist is reading this, my order “19534” is not delivered within 7 days. My bank will open a fraud case against Cannabist’s FNB account to take the matter further.

Will give an update on the review once we hear from cannabist, if we ever do.

Cannabist support SCAM. R1000 BUCKS GONE!!!

It has been more than a month still no delivery. A refund would be appreciated. But I doubt that it would happen. 😃

Bad experience, late delivery and poor communication

Ordered on the 22nd September 2022.
Order not received,
Order remains in 'processing'

I ordered last year with no hassle but beware:
-Their email does not work anymore.
-Their contact us feature does not work anymore.
-They have no way of being contacted.

Ordered and paid for seeds on Sunday…

ordered and paid for seeds on Sunday still have not received any tracking or confirmation. Email does not work only works for subscribing i am moving house in 2 weeks so i hope i will see my seeds before that as i have paid for the delivery.

Recieved a refund this morning still you guys need to cumminicate or take you website off waisting peoples time.
Now i need to arrange for another company to send seeds before o move as there is no delivery options where I'm going anyways i am greatful for the refund i hope I'm future you guys can provide what you advertise although i wont be supporting your sight again

Not happy

Hi,
Been using cannabist a few times without any hastles. Having a problem with order placed #23135. Still on prosessing since 27 Sept. No replies from Cannabist. A simple yes or no or we are busy would be helpfull.

Customer Service has gone down the drain.

In recent months Cannabist has lost much respect from me as a frequent customer. They no longer stick to their own delivery times, contacting system or anything really. They literally do not give any information whatsoever and we as customers are left in the dark. I am seeing it much more often now than in the past. You cannot even contact them anymore, their email rejects all emails and their automated contacting on their website also no longer works. I have no idea what's been going on over there recently but the service has been absolutely terrible and it used to be in my opinion the best seed seller in South Africa just a year ago.

I ordered seeds and paid, still no update from them after numerous emails, if anyone from cannabist sees this my order number is #23045.
I dont know if I have been scammed so will update this review as time goes by

## update I received my seeds after 2 weeks so not a scam the reason why I will leave my experience at one star is that they didnt bother to reply to my numerous emails and attempts to contact them on the status of my order. this is unacceptable for a online store. Cannabist team up your game this can all be avoided with a simple email
