But, the vape and the cartridge I ordered last time are currently not available for shipping to Bulgaria (in the .bg website). Rules and regulations, I guess... Poor Quality Product + Unhelpful Customer Service - Avoid
I ordered a disposable vape from this company and the experience was genuinely disappointing.
The device died after only two days of light use, despite still having a significant amount of liquid inside. That's not "variation in puff count" - that's a defective battery.
I contacted customer support expecting at least basic accountability. Instead, I waited almost a month only to be told that they "don't accept complaints regarding performance duration." In other words: if your device fails prematurely, you're on your own.
This is a disposable electronic product (e-waste in short).
When a battery dies before the liquid is even half-used, that is a manufacturing defect, not "user behavior." Any serious company in this industry understands that and replaces faulty units without issue. The refusal to acknowledge this is extremely concerning.
If you're considering buying from them, be aware:
If the battery dies early, they will not replace it.
They take weeks to respond, only to deny responsibility.
You may end up paying premium prices for what is essentially e-waste.
There are plenty of reputable brands that stand behind their products. Unfortunately, based on my experience, this is not one of them.
