Stoney creek hwy 8 cannacabanna managed by billie loveday. As an elite member i am shocked at the stores actions. An employee named mac took my contact info without permission and started calling me. A month later two employees now have my number and are contacting me. After lodging a complaint to canna about my information theft they responded with a 2year ban from all stores. My email is now full of spam as my info was sold out. I truly hate the fact that my private info is readily available to anyone and is a violatipn of my privacy. Canna a calgary company should stay in calgary. We dont want you here in ontario. And no i will not give you positive rating as you ask of me. Sincerely steven s.

I bought an "Aerus V" device for…

I bought an "Aerus V" device for concentrates. It was not working properly at all. It had issues heating. It would just melt my diamonds, but, that's it. I tried to return it the next day, as I was told I could bring it in if it didn't work and I could refund it The day I tried very hard to return it. It was only tried the one time to work (I didn't want to mess it up by touching things I shouldn't. I was immediately told that they had to contact "the manager" to which they claimed I could NOT get a refund. I had to go to the parent company. I had already purchased a Carta 2 the same day (through TVape Canada. It was here in no time at all (approx under 3 business day) I kept trying to reason any logic...they claim that their machines like the Aerus V cannot be returned there once it has been opened and so much as tried it one time lost the melted diamond as it could get up to temperature. On principle alone, I will never shop there again, or at any Canna Cabana. If a company sells that product, it should be easily refunded. They DO NOT EVEN HAVE A SIGN in front of it, warning any customers. Technically, illegal to sell it without informing the client with ALL important info. I never would have bought it, alone, just based on that principle, so will others. This took place at the Highlands/West side of Lethbridge. I had paid about $230 plus tax. They did not care that I was told the day before by a different staff member that return will be no problem with the receipt.

They truly heard out my feedback which is a rare thing this day and age. When asking lots of questions, they were patient and went above and beyond to ensure hey were answered. 5 stars all around for their customer service team and management

Refunded the difference.

I had an issue with not getting a discount I believed I was entitled to. The Cannacabana team made it all better and refunded the difference. Good and pleasant communication throughout. Thanks!

The boys at canna know my taste and…

The boys at canna know my taste and needs. I suffer from nerve pain and the only thing that works is thc. When I get there they rush to the door to hold it open as I am in a wheelchair and there is no button to open door. I always have a good experience at the store as I am a frequent customer.k

I feel bad they have to strip the store bare at night and reshelve everything in the morning..every day. That is Alot of repetitive Tedious work. There has to be a better solution. Bars on windows?

First time at this dispensary and I…

First time at this dispensary and I have pretty specific wants.

Budtender took the time, walked me through the options, and I wound up with just what I wanted.

The place is clean and organized. The prices are better than most. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. What more do you want?

Check them out: you'll be happy. But FYI, even though the address is on Wellesley, the actual door is on Yonge (watch that step!)

Highest recommend. You'll be happy about it

Shitty service at canna cabana in Castleridge

The wife and I are fairly heavy smokers and we buy a lot of weed there and have been a very good customer and friendly with almost all the workers. Until recently the lady at this place has the personality of a garden slug. She was very rude and I will likely take my business elsewhere. You guys should be pickier on who you hire. I spend more on weed a month than you guys pay her. I did tell her that thru the speaker in the door and she said that was good. Customer service is going downhill fast and will no longer spend my money where it’s not appropriated.

This is a great company

This is a great company. Best prices and selection in town! They also respond very quickly to questions or feedback. After a few weeks of not finding the product I preferred, I sent a request for more stock, and maybe more choices. The very next week... there was more selections and inventory of the items I liked! I highly recommend this place to everyone! The staff in the Kingston location are super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They are a great crew!
