Delivery service is pathetic it’s been two weeks my parcel is still missing

Genuine product delivered highly effective! But disappointed by delivery service please change the courier partner I had to personally go to their office and collect the package!

Ordered the canna gummies and got the package that seems to be spoilt. The image on the website and the actual product (the gummies) are not at all of the same color..looks like it has some kind of worms. No option here to upload a photo. Please refund my money.

While I've been completely satisfied, with the quality of the product and the efficiency with which it is sent to me, the support provided to me after my package was misplaced by the courier company just blew me away. They were on the case instantly, and when they identified what the problem was, they fixed it in 30 minutes. I'm truly grateful for the genuine efforts and efficient solutions. And a special thank you to Mr. BJP Kumar, who handled my grievances and the situation, personally.

quantity regarding to the price point is not reasonable

The gummies had no effect whatsoever. False advertisement. Completely ineffective edible.

Worst experience. In terms of the quality they sent looked like molds and i don’t know what. Secondly the customer service is beyond pathetic. When i cokplained about the producting looking all disgusting and moldy, he said it probably sugar or salt burst.

I ordered two boxes of cannabis capsules but received only 1 box.
I was able to contact customer care in WhatsApp, they arranged another box.

I had a bit of a rough experience with the seller initially there was a delay in response, and I had to follow up multiple times just to get the tracking details and order confirmation. That part definitely needs improvement.

That said, the product itself is actually quite good. The gummies helped me sleep noticeably better and gave a pleasant, mild high without feeling overwhelming. Once it arrived, I was happy with the results just wish the ordering experience was smoother.

Delivery time too long waiting since a month

Worst service ever , I am messaging them in WhatsApp but they are not responding, they are not even providing me delivery details.

Best products & helpful assistance from Bjp Kumar helping me navigate & purchasing the products. Definitely 10/10.
