Contacted canncare for help with the…

Contacted canncare for help with the nhs and medicating on grounds. They sorted it all for me, free of charge and no stress for me dealing with all the legal stuff. They also helped me move clinics fast and easy when my current clinic wasn't meeting the standards. Super helpful, informative and kind people!

Absolute lifesavers in the current climate

I am currently facing issues with my employer, which has outdated policies and complete misunderstanding of current legislation, combined with stigma against cannabis.

After getting in touch, I spoke to David over the phone and we had a really good chat as to the application of legislation and my rights. Quite frankly the biggest benefit was speaking to someone likeminded, even though CBPMs are legal, so many medical cannabis patients are treated like criminals and drug addicts. It gave me the boost I needed to fight back, after spending the weekend feeling as if I had something horribly illegal sat in my home.

It is disgusting, and there is still very little help for those being discriminated against - which is where CannCare comes in.

At the stage I am in, I received guidance and advice. I suggested sending a draft email across, which I intend to send to HR, which David welcomed. How they help you is guided by you - they do not take any action without you asking first, and work with you to find a resolution. If needed, they can contact your employer directly and work with them to understand where they went wrong, and how they can fix and update there policies.

I think they will be a VERY big player in the MC field here, and I would absolutely contact them if you are having issues too.

Their approach is holistic, you aren't contacting a national chain with no idea what you're going through. Ultimately you are dealing with people in the same shoes as you, who've faced exactly the same discrimination. That puts them in a much better place to help, I think, than perhaps ACAS who could very well give you incorrect application of legislation and be of little help.

after problems with my housing…

From the very start of our journey…

From the very start of our journey together because thats what it was a journey , of emotions frustration, determination, happiness and victory its sounds dramatic lol but thats what it was canncare Have been there for me through it all up until i spoke with Callum and Sophie i felt alone against the fight for my right to medicate freely in my own home from that point nothing was a big ask even From assuring my anxiety anytime of the day sometimes without me even needing to reach out to them they just get it. From emails and phone calls,taking my case to all the stages of complaints for me so that now my local council acknowledged that i do have the right to medicate freely in my own home which i am now able to do thanks to calllum and the canncare team.
i have never felt alone while canncare advocated for me and even after we keep in contact and i hope to volunteer and show as much passion as callum and his team do for medical cannabis patients thankyou Callum Sophie and the canncare team

Outstanding Support from CannCare!

I contacted CannCare on 6th March 2025 regarding a potential issue with the use of CBPM at a well-known UK holiday company. Callum and the team responded immediately, assuring me they would reach out to the company straight away. To my surprise and relief, they got back to me the very next day (7th March) to confirm the issue had been resolved—providing contact numbers in case any further problems arise while I'm there.

I had been trying to resolve this issue myself since January with no success, but CannCare sorted it within a day! I can’t thank them enough. I will definitely be recommending CannCare to everyone.

Highly recommended!
