Fraudsters. Bought once to try it, then they stole more money out of my bank. All I get is fob offed and sorry. No money. Don't give these fraudsters your bank details

I only ordered one month but they keep charging me monthly. It did not help my dog at all.

Never received the product they keep saying it is on the way! Sent us a tracking number from China and the ad said made in USA. I ask for money back bet that wont happen. They also put me on a monthly subscription, cancelled that and blocked them from my bank account.

Never received product. Don’t want it since it’s made in China. Won’t refunded me my money. Also when I ordered I only wanted 1 month.they put me on monthly orders. I canceled that.

Total scam. I’ve been waiting for 5 weeks. Every time I reach out, they say it’s on its way. Plus, although they say they’re a US company, the product is coming from China. I’ll never give my dog an item made in China. Products are not regulated, despite Canislabs stating they are. Now I’m out of my hard-earned money because I just wanted to help my dog.

I ordered this product a month ago and still have yet to receive anything. My shipping still shows my package preparing to ship from China. Customer service has been responsive, but my order still isn’t on its way. Avoid this scam.

I am really happy with the supplements, I have a 12 year old miniature poodle & a 2 year old Border Collie, they started using the product 2 weeks ago & I already see a change in their digestive system , bowel, coat and in their behaviour , I would definitely recommend this product to others! My Border Collie was somewhat agressive & I’ve noticed a change for the better, my poodle had really bad breath with dental issues and his poop was sometimes runny , but now everything is normal , both dogs have lots more energy.

Been working with Cannilabs for couple years. They have great gummies and pet treats. Wonderful to work with and fast service.

Have no way of knowing how good the products are because of the impossibly incompetent customer service. A week between replies was standard, followed by an appogy and promise to call that day. Call never came. Tried chat support. Same experience. Would reply a couple of times then stop. Huge waste of time. Be wary. Have screenshots to support claims.
