Excellent customer service, size guide easy to use althought i got my size wrong i purchased the correct size and was refunded almost immediately for the collar id made a mistake with. Collar great quality and arrived quickly.

My Dog walks so well with this. It’s our second one and he’s walking better without too. He doesn’t try to remove. Great design and great fit.

Personal advice and quick service. Collossus was too big for our 9 mth St Bernard puppy (just). Size 7 at a discount to get us through until she is mature. Quick service fitted well. Gives good control.

I’m a big fan of the Canny Co. The collar has helped my dog walk much better and he is more comfortable having the attachment at the back of his head. The connect lead is also great, with the clip in handle it makes tethering really simple.

Know this great product very well. Just replaced the original with new after 10 years service.

Best collar we have tried. Recommended by our dogs always does trainer and both dogs instantly stopped pulling! So much more control when walking them, which is now a much more pleasant experience for us all! Would highly recommend, even if, like us, you have tried other collars.

This is the second canny collar I have bought from your company. I bought one nearly 6 years ago and this one was delivered quickly even though it was coming up to Christmas. My first one had just started to fray so thought I would treat myself to a new one. These collars changed walking my dog from the first time I put it on. I can control Bonnie with one hand if necessary. Has given me more confidence when walking near busy roads and unfriendly dogs.

Lead and collar arrived on time and in good order. Bought the wrong size, I emailed, got a quick response and was able to exchange no problem. This arrived very promptly. Can't fault the service. Products are well made and hopefully will help my xl bully with heal work. Many Thanks.

This is a very well made product and you can tell the quality of it as soon as it’s out of the box.
The instructions are clear but I’m not convinced that it’s the ideal product for my 6 month Springer Spaniel. I’ve used a figure of eight lead/halti and he kept scrapping his nose on the floor to get it off, resulting is a bleeding snout. So I thought that this would be much kinder and better to use.
On the first try, he was like a rodeo and got very stressed trying to get it off and was obviously not a happy pup. I persisted and although he was much easier to control than he is with a flat collar or harness, he didn’t enjoy his walk.
According to the instructions, when off the lead, the section that you attach the lead to goes around their neck and fastens with the clips provided. However it’s too big so flaps and then enables the dog to get the nose strap off. Whilst my dog was running around the woods, this happened and his leg was caught in the surplus length leading him to somersault and get tangled up.
I’m not convinced that this is the ideal product to be able to use if your dog likes to run. However for short lead walks I imagine it’s effective with some practice.
**edit following the detailed response from Canny Collar, I can now see the mistake I made but find the process too ‘daffy’ for a quick release to run off the lead. I will however persevere for completely in lead walks, thank you.

I used the canny collar before for previous dogs. Great support around neck and nose to give balanced control while walking. So I decided to introduce my xl mix to canny collar and she is not pulling and walking at even pace. Would highly recommend the canny collar if you are struggling with pulling. Easy to order and delivery arrived on time excellent.

I ordered a colossus as I have a cane corso and it fits so well!! I emailed checking I’d got the right size and they got back to me straight away. Very impressed!!

The product is good quality and a good training tool for dogs if used correctly. They also provide simple instructions so easy to use.

An excellent item with quick delivery and good price in the sale. The long line is a good length and has soft grip at a number of points on the lead. I would have preferred the last soft grip to be further down the lead to be able to hold it really short and this would have got it 5 stars but it still works really well and much nicer to use than others I have had.

The website is full of really useful information to help make a choice of product, and is easy to navigate. Our canny collar arrived the next day which was excellent as I hadn't paid extra for next day delivery! Haven't used the collar yet so cannot review that.
