I've bought quite a lot of stuff from their website over the past year. Items almost always ship the same day with tracked 24 hour Royal Mail. They don't have the biggest range of items but they stock a lot of useful stuff. I've visited their actual shop once and found the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful with purchasing a new touring paddle.
Exceptionally good customer service whenever I have used them, buying kayaks and clothing. Very helpful and friendly staff. Extremely fast dispatch and delivery too. They went above and beyond to fulfill one of my orders. I highly recommend them and will use them again where possible.
Popped in to buy a couple of PFD (Personal Flotation Device) for Paddle Boarding. We are completely new to the sport and the staff were extremely curtious, knowledgeable and helpful.
They listened to our needs and realised our lack of experience and talked us through the various options and left us to browse their selection

Sorted out a trial on the water to check I was happy and got the Kantana I wanted in blaze ordered in good time.
