Very poor got it as I like to print from my I pad after 9 months won’t connect can’t find the air printer why?!!
Poor value for money.
I bought a Canon G3570 which are quite expensive to buy but they use refill ink cartridges, so should work out cheaper in the long road. Unfortunately, the print quality is extremely poor, the printer often won't connect wirelessly, and I can't tell you how much paper I have wasted because it keeps getting scrunched up. Really regretting not just buying a cheap ink jet printer.

We bought a cannon computer and it just aload of rubbish won't work when you want it to it is hiddius
ongoing shortage of ink cartridges
There is not a week in a calendar year when at least one ink cartridge for the pro 310 would NOT be out of stock and it takes weeks for the out of stock cartridges to become available again. Is this a joke or am I the only customer buying ink from Canon UK? Note: Canon's own website would not accept my review...
Appalling service
Appalling service - lost my order, noone can return my funds on time. I needed equipment for research I have planned for over a year and now I am without the equipment. A glitch in the system that apparently no human can find a resolution to, even though they have my order number from my bank account. Three different people giving different information. Never again. I was told to buy it again! Even though I'm waiting for them to return £300, I don't have another £300 to give them! Furious.
Would give 0 if that was a option
Would give 0 if that was a option. Absolute Garbage, smashed to pieces just to get some satisfaction. Too much difficulty in just trying to connect to the printer just to get it to print. MG3600, however would stay clear of all canon products in future.
Awful experience - Canon scammed me
Awful experience. Honestly the worst purchase I've made in my life and I'm down over £100. I bought a Canon TS8751 Printer and at first it was great but after 5 months stopped printing colours correctly creating massive errors. It’s amazing how bad it became in less than half a year, one example is that when printing a image including red/magenta, it would somehow mix black into it creating a nasty mix of colours ruining the print. After literally months of emails with customer service, and the printer being sent to be repaired TWICE, the problems still occurs and they said that the error is within operating parameters and left it at that. The quality is awful, and thankfully this has taught me to never get a Canon product again.
If you want a professional printer, get an Epson EcoTank!
I bought a Canon Pixma TS3350 over a…
I bought a Canon Pixma TS3350 over a year ago and it has never worked since. Despite endless phone calls to Canon customer services and emailed feedbacks from them, they have never fixed the problem. I have followed all their instructions but the machine is still not working. My latest call was today and the customer services lady again failed to find the fault. So tomorrow I will dispose of the printer at my local refuse dump and ensure that I never ever buy another Canon product. They are completely useless. In future I will stick with HP or Epsom both of which I have had before without problems.
Don’t buy G6000 printer
Got a Canon G6000 printer. It is shocking. The ink pipes keep filling up with air bubbles and we’ve used more ink performing ink flushing than actually printing anything.
Worst purchase from Canon we’ve ever made.
Pixma printer TS3350 WIFI strength 1 bar at 6inches from router
Pixma printer WIFI does not work. told it needs to be nearer the router. Oh is six inches not closer enough.
So thoroughly impressed by the sheer amount of extra hurdles they expertly place on the customers just to get a simple response. Oh and then when they agree to take it in for checking the hurdles become more like a pole vault. Bravo! It’s quite the talent to turn follow-up into an eternal saga.
I’ve now discovered the real treasure trove of wisdom in the form of Trustpilot reviews. What a revelation! Clearly, I have been wasting my time expecting anything resembling commitment this your company.
“Ah, quality Japanese craftsmanship at its finest!” How naive. I should have just trusted the Trustpilot score instead—81% from over 500 reviews? That’s about as reassuring as a chocolate teapot.
Pixma TS3350 in the bin!
Cannon printer
Cannon printer, poor WiFi 40%, I have super fast broadband.
Never worked properly from day one, have to buy drivers to use with laptop.
Rubbish product
Temperamental & unreliable
I've never had such a temperamental unreliable printer as this one before. Avoid
Canon G3570 does NOT have USB connection - there's no physical USB port.
Describing this as a USB printer is a deceit - there's no physical USB socket. It would appear that claiming 'USB connection' can now be twisted to indicate the mere use of a connectivity protocol that most consumers neither know or care about. I believe Canon cynically uses this technicality to fool you that there'll be a nice, simple, reliable cable connection via a physical USB port, which would save a few manufacturing cents (and at the cost of making it harder for the manufacturer to gather user data). So you have to go through wifi, which I specifically wanted to avoid having always had reliability problems with it, and - on printers with ink cartridges - the enforced wasteful disposal of rip-off priced consumables when the cartridges are still virtually full. This is why I wanted a simple cable connection to my laptop. Don't buy this product - it has been a dreadful purchase and I hate the damned thing. I'd send it to landfill but that's just yet more bad human behaviour. Even 1 star out of 5 is more than Canon deserves.
Wouldn't have one for free
Absolute garbage Pixma model. Online reviews point out connectivity is a significant problem.....So why not fix it Canon? You must employ the same developers as Royal Mail!
Dreadful experience. Hardware controls dont seem to have any relationship to actions.
Would have another if you gave it for free. Buyers advice.... Avoid like the plague.
Warning, Canon printer/scanner won't work with Samsung Galaxy Windows 11 laptop.
After using a Windows 7 desktop for 13 years, I eventually bought a Samsung Galaxy laptop for which I also needed a new all in one printer/scanner with WiFi connectivity. I already have a cheap and cheerful Canon all in one, so I opted for a Pixma 4755i which does everything I wanted including automatic 2 sided printing.
It's compatible with Windows 11 but when I came to set it up, I discovered that it's not compatible with the AMR Snapdragon processor that Samsung uses. I had no idea that the type of processor makes a difference. So I couldn't download any drivers or their scanning software.
With the assistance of their helpdesk I was able to connect the Wifi router to the printer which works fine but not the scanning software. The agent said that Canon have known about this issue for over a year but have done nothing about it. He suggested that I install third party scanning software, VueScan which I've done, it works fine although I've had to pay a yearly licence fee of £22.
So I now have a printer/scanner which works well but I feel let down by Canon. They ought to make it clear that their printers won't work properly with Samsung Galaxy laptops, even using Windows 11.
1 hour on the phone with one rude guy…
1 hour on the phone with one rude guy you can't help me and im going to be without a working printer for 3 weeks its less than 6 months old and expensive, i never knew cannon would be this bad
Cannon printers will only work with genuine ink cartridges
Unless you want to purchase only genuine cartridges at 60+€ then I would advise you do not buy a cannon printer. Their firmware is very clever and new models do not let you bypass
Flimsy, Complicated setup, No USB cable
I finally decided to retire my 10 year old Canon Pixma PG6250 due to increasingly frequent error message about a door being open that wasn't.
I decided to replace it with the nearest equivilent that I could find, as error message aside, the PG had been a good printer.
Upon opening the box it immediately became apparent this was a whole different species. Whereas the PG was made from sturdy Glossy plastic, this one was made out of very thin matt finish plastic, which immediatly looked dirty and dusty.
First job was to remove the transit tape, which, in contrast to the printer itself, was first class, tough and sticky, so sticky that most of the panels it was attached to deformed alarmingly whilst trying to remove it, in fact the paper tray disintegrated and needed to be reassembled.
Next job was to install the ink cartridges, this went as expected, no problems there.
Next, print head alignment, again no problems.
OK, time to connect it to my computer., that took 2 hours!
The "Easy Wireless Setup" didnt work, the "Easy Wireless Setup Troubleshooter" didnt work, none of the online help worked.
Eventually I went back to basics.
I connected it ot my network manually using the password ("WPA" didn't work, obviously) ok, at least it was on the network. Now to connect it to the PC.
I downloaded the drivers from the website and installed them.
Next went to the "Software" page where i spotted the "WiFi Connection Assistant", yippee I thought! It Didn't work !
I thought whilst I was there I'd download all the relevant software, turns out half of the stuff on the page isn't compatible with W11. It's basically just a page of apps to help you consume ink, should you get it working.
Eventually I admitted defeat and went back to the box to get the USB lead and plug it into my PC, guess what? No USB cable. They did thoughtfully include what looks like an old telephone cable, little use for connecting a printer to a computer though.
Fortunately I still had the USB cable from the PG which has the weird almost square plug on one end.
Plugged it in and success, the computer spotted my printer instantly. Ran the "WiFi connection assistant" again, and it, somewhat ironically, worked.
OK time to test it, obviously the old "Solution Menu" doesnt work any more, so I uninstalled it and downloaded that new "Quick Menu". Yep! Didn't work! apparently its not compatible with this model, every other Canon model, but not this one.
I noticed on the box, there was a photo of a mobile, so I thought I'd install the app and control it via that! That worked.
I then noticed that the app was also available for windows, so I installed that, amazingly, that worked too
Bizzarely the "Canon Print" app does not appear on the software download page for the printer, even though lots of stuff that no longer works does, and when you go to the app download page it says explicitely
"Apps & Functions
On this tab, you can view the available Apps and functions that are compatible with your product.
There are no compatible Apps available for this product"
Really?
As you can guess from this review, this will be my last Canon printer.
