Jeg føler meg totalt lurt. Bestilte blekk på Canons hjemmeside- og ønsket dette som engangsbestilling. Jeg aksepterte aldri under min første bestilling et abonnement hvor de sender nytt blekk 2. hver uke ! Dette ble jeg påtvunget automatisk - og uten at vite det under bestillingen. Først etterpå fikk jeg email om at dette abonnement var opprettet. Kontaktet umiddelbart kundesupport ( hvilket var svært vanskelig å finne kontaktinformasjon til ( godt skjult + merkelig nok feil på hjemmesiden når jeg forsøgte at få frem informasjon om hvordan man kansellerer = et mareritt). De kunne hverken kansellere bestillingen ( anga de som sendt allerede) eller det abonnement jeg var blitt svindlet til å ta. Jeg forsøgte at kansellere via Canons hjemmeside - men menuen er så vanskelig og med feil ( "page not found") at dette tok meg flere uker å komme til rette menu. Ingen hjelp å få fra kundesupport. Beskjeden var at de ikke kunne kansellere... da de ikke hadde mitt passord ! Konklusjon: Hold deg unna. Dette er useriøst. Tenderer svindel. Jeg er svært skuffet Canon !

YOU WILL BE DECEIVED WHEN ORDERING INK!
I feel totally cheated. Ordered ink on Canon's website - and wanted this as a one-off order. I never accepted during my first order a subscription where they send new ink 2. every week! This was imposed on me automatically - and without knowing it during the order. Only afterwards did I receive an email that this subscription had been created. Contacted customer support immediately (which was very difficult to find contact information for (well hidden + strangely wrong on the website when I tried to get information on how to cancel = a nightmare). They could neither cancel the order (indicate those already sent) or the subscription I had been tricked into taking. I tried to cancel via Canon's website - but the menu is so difficult and with errors ("page not found") that it took me several weeks to get to the right menu. No help from customer support.The message was that they couldn't cancel... as they didn't have my password! Conclusion: Stay away. This is rubbish. Tending to be a scam. I'm very disappointed Canon !
