Canopy were excellent throughout the design process, producing drawings that helped us visualise our ideas as they took shape. Their design package demonstrated exceptional level of detail and helped us understand the whole process and structure of our dormer conversion, including materials and various technical details. This was noted by several friends who have been through a similar conversion and had a look at the plans. We were particularly impressed with the package they put together to support a planning application, which undoubtably helped with its approval. The attention to detail, and research into local area was key in assuring the LA that plans were not out of line with established convention in the area and would not impact its appearance.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I used canopy planning LMB recommend that this was a great company. There charges are expensive so you expect to get a great service. I used another architect to get the calculations and structural drawings from the plans that canopy gave to mw only to find out the steels were too large and all the measurements were out of sync. This has now cost be extra money and my construction has been on hold for the 3 weeks. This is UNACCEPTABLE. There now denying that the measurements they provided are accurate. Stay well clear of them there a bunch of thieves you've been warned.

We approached their service at a critical time and we were supported with the retro- respective planning application. From the start to the end good professionalism was maintained and got the planning permission approved

Lee and his team at Canopy are unmatched. I have used Canopy several times for various types of design and planning applications both commercial and residential. Their professionalism, knowledge & experience has always brought us through the toughest of planning obstacles; and their creative designs always produce outstanding practical and modern end results.
Recent event Lee saved the day with his speed of response (12 hours) to resolve a planning matter, (caused and unresolved by another architect company) This enabled conveyancing to be completed, which, had he not been curteous and willing to help, would have resulted in heavy financial loss.
But best of all Lee and his team are friendly, polite and have utmost integrity. A delight to have on the team of any size build project.
