if i could give 0 stars i would

if i could give 0 stars i would. They said they attempted deliver when i was home and no they didnt. Then they left my package with another business and didnt even leave a card. Then i had called the business i had ordered from where my package was and they told me that it had been at the drop off for over a week. Just unreal. Worst ever!!

The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They have the rudest agents on the phone. Lol my package has been in their facility for days! And no updates on whether it will be delivered to my house at all or if it’s supposed to be picked up. Mind you, it was sorted to the wrong delivery driver so while my other packages that came with this one I’ve received already… this package continues to sit at their facility.. I had to call them today to ask what’s happening with this package and I was met by a rude agent. Lol she says there’s a note on their system that the driver had called me upon delivery but yet I received 0 CALLS… it’s not stated on the tracking information either that an attempt was made… and she kept insisting that they tried calling me. What a bunch of liars. This is the second time I’ve had to deal with their customer service department and both time the agents were rude.

Canpar claimed they delivered a package…

Canpar claimed they delivered a package to me and that I signed for it. I most certainly never received my package as I was at work and someone printed my first name as a signature. Even their claims process is fraudulent. I would never recommend such a dishonest company for shipping anything. My package had a value of $700 Canadian.

Worst currier attitude that I have

Worst currier attitude that I have.

It is funny that the "unable to delivery" note is left twice at the front door, while the property manager is present at the first floor.

The customer service blames of not providing the security code. Very interesting. Our building uses fob key, and we have explained to them several times. We left our phone number through the platform and have been waiting for him for three days.

They seem to suggest that we need to wait whole day in the cold weather for them to deliver. If they did not call, how do we know that the deliver man has arrived?

Guess what? To redeliver costs 10 CAD.
Is that our fault?

The worst delivery service

I generally don't like giving poor reviews - but this is the third time that the company has attempted a delivery (different retailers), and doesn't bother trying to contact. Package had Buzzer code, but they neither called nor attempted to use the Buzzer. Automatically send it to a "picking location", which is 30 minutes away - that means an hour of my time.

When I contacted, the Customer Rep was unhelpful, ignorant, and rude. Mind you, I acknowledge and understand that it's not the rep's fault that the delivery service is terrible, but it just made it that much worse.

Worst courier service in my experience

Worst courier service in my experience. I had a package to be dropped off they came to drop as I live in a condo they never buzzed they left a note & asked to pick up the package from their facility. When I called the customer service & was on hold for 30 minutes one I got hold of a customer service rep & I was trying to explaining my situation to her to ask them to drop the package even before I completed she hung up the phone on me. Finally the company which sent the courier to me requested Canpar to drop it off to me. They directly sent to back to the sender. They naver made a 2nd attempt to drop off the package .
Not worth your time & money

How can they be in business?

I ordered a $2500 item from British Columbia, where it says for days , finally it arrived in Edmonton and went out for delivery, got a notice that they gave it to the incorrect driver, where it has sat for five days . It just says delayed. Every single time this company tries to deliver something to me this same garbage happens . Had I known the company, Ecoflow, was going to use Canpar, I would have never made the order. One off problems can happen, but they have never ever came close to the delivery date. I have ordered items from Finland, delivered by UPS , since they have had my parcel in Edmonton, and they have arrived while I still await my canpar my parcel . Unacceptable. Even worse than Purolator and that says something.

The Worst

So, if you want your package to take a month to get to you, you have picked the best company. It will sit in a warehouse, travel around to a couple of other provinces for a couple of weeks. They don't think to send it to the closest location so you can make the drive and pick it up due to it being an inconvenience for them to deliver it.

Please stop using this company

Please stop using this company. They should not be allowed to operate this way. This is ridiculous. Nine days after a drop off, no movement. You call during normal operating hours, they say they are openned and yet one minute later they say they are close *but are supposed to be taking calls!!!! What is this madness!!!

Shiittiest Company to ship anything through

worst shipping experience i have personally ever had to deal with, package has been in their possession for 7 days, every time i attempt to contact customer support i am left waiting for 30-45 minutes just to be told we are not sure where your package is. When asking to escalate the matter you are either told there is no manager available or you are hung up on. at this rate it would have been more convenient to take the time off work and pick the package up myself

Not good they refused to deliver my…

Not good they refused to deliver my package because they didn’t have two ppl to deliver it. They stated that they attempted to deliver it. I stayed home from work to collect my package that day I was so excited, only for the driver to write consigned not home. They never buzzed my door or rang my phone. They said I have to go pick it up all the way in Etobicoke,I don’t have the means too, if I did I would. I have never gotten a package delivered by this company before and frankly I don’t want to use them at all. The shittyiest service ever!

The shittest service. Ordered a desk on 6th October. Was expecting it to be received on 15th October, but they had a delay and their contact person was talking like he was doing me some favor or if i was receiving services for free. Daaang!

I wish there was 0 star

I wish there was 0 star: worked from home on purpose despite it being inconvenient because I knew my package was coming (not because of their update as they don't tell you anything if you don't check their website). "Consignee not home" not once but twice, despite the doorbell of my building on my phone! So there was no way I'd miss it. Called the customer service first thing in the morning when I saw on their website that it was now being held at their facility, two hours from my place, for pick up (again, no notification). They said they came by, rang and left a notice on the door. The last two were wrong, so obviously doubting the first. They asked me for 10$ + fees to have it delivered again. In the meantime, I had contacted the seller company, not to ask for compensation but to tell them to never work with Canpar again. That company, LowCarbCanada, was perfect, they paid for the fees (out of pocket from the guy because they wouldn't take a wire and demanded to get the money right away) and rearranged delivery. I'm still waiting on it though... This is a scamming company, avoid at all cost!

Disgusting, reall have no words how to describe.. 4 days late, still did not receive it, it is in Saskatoon for 5 days... Impossible to get anyone in Customer service, no possibility to complain or ask for compensation.... Without any doubts, the worst company ever...

Terrible company

Terrible company. A delivery driver reported that he/she had delivered an item to Walmart. Walmart asserts that this is simply not true. It would appear that at least some of their drivers are dishonest.

This company is BS

This company is BS! I take a day off work as i am expecting a parcel. Next thing i knew it says in my status " consignee not home! Like wtf! I was home all day and make sure i sit next to the buzzer and No buzz at all!! Very unproffessional, unreliable! No wonder evewhere are bad negative reviews!!
