A parcel was sent from Vaughn and went…

A parcel was sent from Vaughn and went to etobicoke ontario. Then got rerouted to Edmonton. The people from epic contacted canpar and Kamal assured epic the parcel would be delivered over the weekend. I canceled my weekend. Waiting for the package worth$1000 I missed the passing of an older sister. You have to review your hiring practices. My package still hasn't got to me in london ontario boo

They don't delivery anything

We have people 24/7 at home, and they don't even bother to ring the bell or knock the door, they just leave a note saying they missed us and we have to pick up wherever we bought in somewhere...and if I wish another "attempt" of delivery I should pay $10 + fees (and if they "miss" you again you need to pay another 10).
If I want to pick up something I'll buy it direct in a store and not online.
This company is the worst of all delivery companies ever.
It's workers are the worst workers in this business.
They don't even try to help.

😡😠...

Residential deliveries are supposed to be delivered by 7:00PM weekdays ! This is now the 3rd delivery by Canpar and once again almost 2 hours late 😡😠 ! Their customer service is atrocious to ! You call and it's always some east Indian who can barley speak proper English telling you to wait just a few more minutes ! Here's a thought Canpar stop over loading the delivery vans so the drivers can complete their deliveries on time !!!

My packaged showed picked up with no…

My packaged showed picked up with no updates for days. I called the merchant and he says that it was picked up. After 2 weeks, after complaining, the merchant sent a new items with a different carrier. It arrived the next day. I ask the merchant if he wanted me to return the Canpar item and she politely said, if it ever show up, please keep it for the trouble

Tracking is useless

Ordered something Thursday. Still no package on Tuesday. The tracking hasn't been updated since Friday and the "support" chat was no help. Will not be using them again.

Unnecessary Back and Forth Handling of Pkg

On July 31st I see notification that my pkg will be delivered that day, my pkg is in Burnaby which is about 30 km from my home. Rather than deliver to my home I then notice that my pkg is sent to Kelowna 330km away. My pkg is then arriving and departing Kelowna ON THREE SEPARATE OCCASIONS before it is finally returned to Burnaby.
I did receive my pkg today August 5th but what an incredible waste of time sending it back and forward when it could have been delivered on July 31st.
This is no way reflects on the actual courier who delivered the pkg but rather the sorting facility in Burnaby.

July 21 that pick up person came I was…

July 21 that pick up person came I was not home they left me a message that they will come on Thursday July 23 I sat at home all the time but they didn't com instead he/she came on 24 that I was not home. I called and talk to Canpar severl time so he came and pick it up. The funny thing is that they sent that poor man for second time to pick it up and I was telling him: Why they did it. It is bad for you, for me and fo the renvironment.

I will give zero if possible

I will give zero if possible, since 10 days they are telling me that your parcel will be delivered tomorrow and now they claim that it has been missed. Then how they were claiming to deliver it everyday since 10 days if its missed? they are not even answering properly over mail or call. Zero responsible company, never allow them to deliver your parcel, not worth a single penny.

Supposedly tried to deliver today. Went back to their depot. Couldn't find the address. Get a GPS, look on Google maps, it's there. Call me, number is on the order. Useless company. Avoid if you can.

Blacklyte Product

Ordered a product online that was supposed to be sent out for delivery on the 30th of June, while waiting these bozos just walk up to your place, leave a note and scurry off. No attempt to contact or even try to deliver. After arguing with the supplier they reassured me for re-delivery as I refuse to carry such a large parcel across town as I currently do no have a vehicle that would be able to store the item. The second attempt, another ghost, no notice this time. Tried again for delivery, the company assuring me that the info was provided to them, I told them I would be in residence all day. Driver proceeds to attempt to slip a note on the door on the apartment lobby as I'm looking off the balcony to see them try to scurry off. Luckily my GF was on her way out and caught them in the act and recorded them. I came down to see what the hell happened and they basically scoffed trying to say they didn't have our information. The best part is on their delivery service tracker they said "Consignee not home" then soon updated it to Delivered. They don't attempt to deliver, they just try to waste your time. Also, it's the 14th of July. 2 weeks waiting on this. What a joke of a company. You have phone numbers on the boxes of your parcels, and yet no one can be even bothered to try.

WORST COURIER COMPANY EVER

I would give them zero stars if I could. Canpar is the worst courier company in the world. I have a business account with a rep but he’s incompetent - has never helped us. We have told Canpar for years that the office is closed Friday. Yesterday the driver knew not to leave a shipment but did it anyway, telling me lies as to why he did. Canpar is - embarrassingly - a Canadian company. Don't ever use them if you have a choice.

Terrible service - no useful updates

Terrible service, I live at a rural address, they don’t deliver to a rural address, I kept checking for updates, it sat in their facility for 3 days, with just a delayed shipment update, no calls or message that they need a different address, no communication of any delivery date expected or otherwise. Zero useful communication.

Why would anyone ship via Canpar with Ratings this low. as shipped by the…

Part I purchased was shipped by the company I purchased it from- they chose Canpar courier- what a joke- picked up at sellers then shipped it to Etobicoke Ontario where it sat for days-they then sent to Dartmouth facility location- which said it was wrong location and it sat there for a while- finally was sent to New Glasgow NS to what they called a local delivery partner where it sat for days- I called Canpar customer service- they told me they would look into and call me back-never heard from them... they did state in conversation that package was at Armour Transport- I called them and they were helpful but felt that Friday Today is Tues- that it may be delivered then- I made the trip 1 hour 15 minutes 1 way and got package myself. Oh ya -package was crushed by looks like part is ok... 06/27/25 to 07/08/25 picked up myself or god knows how much longer..

This shipping is the worst

This shipping is the worst! I ordered my product from Best Buy, and this company supposed to deliver within two days but then this incompetent company kept sorted to incorrect driver then I still not received my package! I suppose to receive it on July 2, now is already July 4! So stupid scam company!

Very unprofessional-delivered a package to wrong address, when I spoke with customer service they said package would be redelivered same day to proper address. Nothing was redelivered. They lie to customers. Would not go with these guys. Highly do not recommend****

If I could give this company zero…

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
Buyer beware — stay far away from Canpar.

As a business owner who ships 4–8 packages daily, I decided to try Canpar once — and it turned into an absolute nightmare. Since Canada Post went on strike, Canpar has completely dropped the ball. I scheduled a pickup for 15 packages on June 18th. They showed up... and only took 2. The rest have been sitting here ever since.

I’ve rescheduled the pickup every single day. No one comes. I’ve called their customer service repeatedly, but they offer no real help or solutions. On June 30th, a sales rep guaranteed someone would arrive by 4:00 PM. It’s now 5:30 PM, and once again — nothing.

Because of this ongoing mess, I’ve lost one VIP client and two smaller clients. When I escalated the issue to management, they told me there’s nothing they can do and refused to reimburse the $300 in shipping costs I’ve already paid.

my family has been in business for over 30 years, and I can honestly say this is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic service is shocking.

Do not use Canpar. Ever. You've been warned.

Canpar drivers never knock

Canpar drivers never knock. They just leave a notice saying they unsuccessfully tried to deliver, even when I am home in the front room five feet away when they arrive. They are so consistently bad that I question the judgement of any business that ships their products with Canpar.

Worst shipping company!

It's the most absolutely most ridiculous shipping company that you can find!

For over 2 weeks they did not locate our rural adress (mind you amazon delivered to our door)
And instead they sent ot back and forth between 2 city's.

Multiply emails from the sender and myself and phone calls and than they lost it.
Apparently now 3 weeks later they found it. I still don't have it.

No one takes the extra step in thinking a little bit by themselves.

If you can't find an adress and you are not able to use Google maps than maybe call the sender or receiver and deliver the parcel at a near by pick up location.
It can't be so hard to come up with that idea.

Just stay away from this compnay!!!!

Local pickup is a fiction

The company have a network of "SMART" pickup points, one of which is 1km from my home. I am not, however, allowed to use that because the package needs a signature and, apparently, you can only sign for a package at their main location which is in the middle of nowhere - 90 minutes away by public transport.
