Canterbury of New Zealand was established back in 1904 when John Lane, Pringle Walker and Alfred Rudkin began producing woollen garments deep in the Canterbury Province of New Zealand. Before long, they were making uniforms for the army during the First World War, and they earned themselves a reputation for manufacturing tough, durable kit. Placed an order online and immediately contacted them to advise of an error (wrong size). They told me it had already been processed (I am talking minutes of realising my error), and I had to wait until the product was received and then return it!! Disgraceful customer service! All I can say is I have told everyone I know to not shop at their store!!!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Refund took 6 weeks and I had to chase them They were not proactive. If I didn't chase then there would be no refund.

Exceptional Quality & Still Look New After a Full Season!
Highly recommended. My son has just finished his first full season in these rugby boots, and they still look like new.
They have proven to be incredibly durable, taking a proper beating on the pitch week after week while remaining comfortable and holding up perfectly. Absolute value for money, we will definitely buy this brand again.
