Canterbury of New Zealand was established back in 1904 when John Lane, Pringle Walker and Alfred Rudkin began producing woollen garments deep in the Canterbury Province of New Zealand. The products themselves were good…
The products themselves were good quality and they arrived on time. I’m really disappointed to have to pay for return postage though for an item which didn’t fit as expected despite previously having the same size. I thought it was free returns. My mistake I guess for not checking but I probably wouldn’t order online again because of this.

Cancelled order with no reason
This is the second time I've used the store and I had a bad experience last time with delivery taking weeks with multiple emails saying it had been delayed. This time, they cancelled an order 3 days after placing it, with no explanation and apology or compensation (e.g. discount code for next order). No birthday present for my husband now. Terrible service.

Faulty provide 4 months of terrible customer service and still no resolution
Bought my partner a pair of uglies, first pair lasted 10 years, new pair 3 months. Raised a customer service ticket in February, it’s taken until May to get agreement to return and now the return label for inpost doesn’t work! CS have been frankly unhelpful. The system doesn’t work and the support staff respond with no guidance, next steps or anything
Truly disappointed and frustrated - I haven’t even been offered a refund option, which right now I’d take!
In comparison a bought something fr a new brand, arrived faulty and I had a replacement quicker than Canterbury take to reply!

Update - yesterday I advised your CS that the inpost label wasn’t being recognised. They replied and said ‘we can’t reissue not it’s been accepted’ - no suggestion of support just this.
Naturally I replied and said this wasn’t good enough - again your CS excelled themselves and suggested I return the pants to an address. No mention of covering the return fee, no acknowledgement of the cost, nothing.
I’m truly gobsmacked that this is how you want your brand to be represented
I have replied to your request for information, however I will not remove this review - it’s a clear representation of what has happened.

I am so disappointed- I had to return…
I am so disappointed- I had to return the pants- they were just a little tight when you put shorts underneath as they have lining in. Since then I paid for returned postage (which is disappointing) and now still waiting for a refund despite sending in the postage label and the tracking receipt.
