One of my boys is really hard to buy boots for as he has extra wide feet but the canterbury boots i have purchased he finds very comfortable. Extremely slow processing and dispatch . I followed up with Customer support after 5 business days, and they just said my order has been processed ( which it was not stating on my account) and that I will receive an email with tracking. Unhelpful, and had zero idea of the actual difference between processing and fulfilling an order.
