This company in Australia is absolutely terrible with customer service, they are rude and can’t help in any way solve the problem. I trying order clothing for past two weeks and they are incompetent at solving the problem, they will reply to his message with automated reply that doesn’t mean or solve anything YES Stephen that was first answer you gave me and then I spoke over 20 x to your support team and you guys have been completely useless, how is it not possible for one department to talk directly to your investigation team ? This makes your communication system completely useless my advice is make it more simple for your customer care service to communicate with all departments. Absolutely ridiculous

This has been most frustrating experience of an online sale, they refusing to address the problem it’s almost 2 weeks and the special INVESTIGATION TEAM have not replied to me as for why they are blocking my transaction. Rude online helpline
