Item took a week to arrive despite paying Express Delivery feery …
I paid extra for an Express Delivery which is supposed to ensure the delivery of purchase within 3 working days. Item ordered on a 16/06/26 & not delivered until 23/06/26. Itemwas required for 20/06 hence the extra money paid for an Express Delivery. Very disappointed.

Excellent quality Canterbury trackpants and excellent quality Canterbury shorts. Love wearing all 3 fantastic Canterbury track pants and 1 fantastic Canterbury short. The shopping experience on Canterbury website was great. Very user friendly and easy to navigate website. I also received 20 percent discount on all 4 products I bought with the 20 percent discount available to all first time buyers. I also received an extra 15 percent discount for EOFY sale which is Great. I received free shipping as my order was above A$ 130. Will shop again in the future on Canterbury website.

Still have not received the tracksuit…
Still have not received the tracksuit pants I ordered on 10th June. I have contacted your company several times asking for the Tracking Number, to no avail and cannot find out where they are in the mail system. It is urgent that I receive these pants for my husband's hospital visit at the end of this week.

Placed an order online and immediately…
Placed an order online and immediately contacted them to advise of an error (wrong size). They told me it had already been processed (I am talking minutes of realising my error), and I had to wait until the product was received and then return it!! Disgraceful customer service! All I can say is I have told everyone I know to not shop at their store!!!

Terrible customer service. Refund took 6 weeks and I had to chase them They were not proactive. If I didn't chase then there would be no refund.
