Fantastic Wine tasting experience!!
We've had a fantastic wine tasting experience at Cantini Terzine.
Communication prior to the winetasting was very good.
First we went to the factory where the grapes are processed. Here, in future, the winetasting will take place. They have build an beautiful building of wood and glass, that will make the experience even greater.
We've had the winetasting in town near a small vineyard.
We tasted 5 different wines:
1. Trebbiano
2. Pecorino
3. Pecorino spumante
4. Cerasuolo
5. Rosé Spumante
We are not red wine drinkers so the red wines were replaced. So a big thanks for that!
We also got some delicious bread, cheeses and meat (prosciutto etc) and a vegetarian lasagna of cheese, egg plant and tomato sauce.
Tommaso was a great host with a lot of wine knowledge and also some great personal stories.
We've enjoyed every minute of it!
