Great product and brilliant customer service.

We fitted a vehicle tracker to our Mercedes Sprinter camper van before we went travelling around Europe last year. Having the unit hidden in the van gave us piece of mind whilst we were in unfamiliar settings.
Dealing with Della at CanTrack was always a pleasure and she made purchasing the unit a very easy process.

Personally I would not recommend this company as the experience I had was disgraceful. I was originally told that the subscription would be circa £100 per annum so I purchased a T7 Plus on the basis I would use it for upto 7 years . 1st years subscription was £120 at renewal CanTrack wanted £148.92 plus vat making an invoice total £178.70.

Very pleased with the unit and the support from the team, having had a previous caravan stolen I feel a lot more confident now have this fitted.

When I had a disagreement with the team about the cost of my renewal I was given a considered hearing of my views and a personal response from the MD. The quality of their response and willingness to negotiate made the difference between being a disgruntled customer and a powerful advocate. This is a good company that has a highly ethical approach to its customers.

We operate both the Cantrack GPS and the Cantrack Protect in our fleet of vans and cannot speak highly enough of both the product and the service the team provides. We actually had a quite remarkable first for Cantrack when one of our protected vehicles was stolen, recovered, then stolen again, and recovered again, all in the space of one week! The system is easy to use and helps us manage our mobile engineers daily. The response to recover vehicles so quickly after theft was also recognised by our insurers too and reflected in our premiums - an added bonus. We recommend Cantrack as our tracker of choice when discussing commercial vehicles with our customers.

Great system that is easy to use to track my small fleet

So pleased with the service offered to my national fleet, that was being targetted for vehicle theft. Literally stopped the theft wave in it's tracks, with one vehicle recovered from a chop shop resulting in multiple arrests

Have used CanTrack Global for nearly 5 years and have had no issues. Fabulous bit of kit that can be easily hidden, and the user interface is very easy and intuitive.

Thankfully not had to use their find stolen vehicle service to date, but reading the monthly reports, they gave a great track recond in stolen vehicle recovery

I put a CanTrack tracker on my car to give me some peace of mind should it get stolen. The unit is discrete and has excellent battery life which is by design - it sits there silently ready to act if called upon. I get daily reports emailed to me and have access to a web based portal to check/change parameters which is great, you forget the unit is on the car except for the reports. When I first installed the unit I had some questions and was able to speak to someone in their tech support who explained everything fully and followed up with an email. There are plenty of cheap GPS trackers available but if you want to protect anything of value I would recommend getting a professional unit like this that has the backup if recovery is needed or help with setup and support.

I have both a GPS tracker and Asset Tracker and they both work perfectly. I am a leisure user of the products. I have found that the support is exactly what's needed and no fault with the product. The investigation service is to be commended. I have not had to use them - thankfully but am a member of a forum where a vehicle was stolen and recovered within hours by the CanTrack team working very closely with the Police. I am also a member of Rotary and many Rotary Clubs have Santa Sleighs. Cantrack have been providing the tracking equipment for our local sleigh (as well as others) and it is great to see children outside their houses, holding their phones as they track Santa's arrival. Well done Cantrack!

We have used Cantrack for a number of years and have found their products and support to be first class. I run a fleet of cars I really dont know how I coped prior to having the trackers. We also have the asset trackers which takes away the stress knowing that if a vehicle is stolen, help is only one phone call away. In a era when the Police dont have the resources,, that is worth a lot.

I Highly recommend the cantrack GPS device as it proved to us that it is an excellent product.
My husband's brand new Kawasaki was stolen and recovered within a few hours and luckily intact!

I use the CanTrack GPS on a fleet of several hundred vans and cars, have done since about 2015. The software is easy to use, they have done training with me and two team members in online classes free of charge. It just works, and so easy to move ourselves when we change out vehicles.
