The Best Editing Tool!
Canva made me a really good designer. With it's intuitive tools and mostly free features, editing is now accessible like ever before. Their pro features are indeed really cheap compared to others!

It's annoying.
I rate Canva 3 stars because it's really annoying. When I try to type on a text box IT DISAPPEAR. For reasons unbeknownst to me. You truly need to fix it. Ya'll literally asked me to write a review, and this is my honest opinion. And you guys input A.I. into your app, like I thought your app was about creativity and art. You people inputting A.I. completely contradicts your whole image. A.I. disrespects and steals artists ideas. Also, the constant advertising of Canva Premium is truly next level annoying because what do you mean I can't use a stupid picture of a green box because I need to pay for it? Somethings in life do come with a price. So, this is the end of my review don't sue me thanks.

I am new to Canva and am loving making…
I am new to Canva and am loving making flyers for our community events. I am not computer savvy at all, and love that between chat, and the Ai feature I am getting projects done with no frustrations. With time, I hope my stuff will look better, but we've been happy so far.

Why Canva is great
It was great and very easy to use. Canva helps you with tons of things, such as making presentations, posters, editing videos, or anything else. Canva is a great, free website that you can use in your day-to-day life. I have used it for editing videos and making presentations, and from my experience, it is great and affordable (free).

The AI (ask canva) was not helpful, it said it did an action i asked but it never did it, but overall canva is fun thats where i upload my youtube vidoes to edit them!

duplicate payment with no pending refund
month ago, i had a problem with a duplicate payment. i dont know what to do and already wanted to move on, bcs i thought i would never gonna get my money back. its bcs i dont have any experience like this before also, i did a research about finding a solution but it was all clueless. and then i tried asking with Help Assistant. we had a small talked about my problem, within just a click, i just need to input my double invoices as for sure my main problem right here, and emailed it. and then just a second i got my money back! i dont know what to say, i was shocked bcs i thought theres no chances for me anymore, but things go other way, which is make me feeling greatful, i really appreciate this app for make it easier for people like me, who dont know what to do in this kind of situation. i hope theres lot of people can see the benefits of it. tq!

Design issues
I needed help fine-tune in my design but Canada does not have a live human for support. The Chatbot did not understand my need and could not guide me through the steps necessary to complete my project. I had to cancel my print project and reach out to Vistaprint who had live humans completed my project for me for a small fee. The print job was also significantly cheaper at Vistaprint then at Canva

Too much reliance on AI
The representative who helped me in zoom call 6/8/2026 was patient and helpful. It took far too long to get to a human being. The solution to my problem was simple, but the bots were unable to explain clearly. 25 email exchanges to get to a real person! Also troubling: Canva's clumsy "save" process and lack of a clear, easy to use "save as" function. I mentioned these concerns to "Len," who said he would pass them along. 1) Visible name of project currently being worked on; 2) visible way on the screen to close one project and open another without the second overwriting the first; 3) "save as" function that allows easy renaming and saving as a new document without losing the original. None of this is easy in Canva now.

Do not recommend to anyone
Do not recommend to anyone. I cancelled my subscription the same day (free trial) the same day I got it.
I had no mails or anything. Then out of the blue a huge amount has been cut from my account. I had to go calling banks to figure out what happened. To see they haven't cancelled the subscription and they had cut money.
This is the second time this happened to me.
Literally the second time.
