Nice at first its difficult for me.but same are easy to me already

I just want to express how incredibly grateful I am for Canva’s support team! I accidentally subscribed to Canva Pro and was charged ₱300, and I was honestly worried about what to do. But the moment I reached out, their team was so kind, understanding, and quick to respond.

They handled my concern with such professionalism and empathy, and to my relief, they processed my refund smoothly without any complications. The whole experience felt so easy and stress-free, which I truly appreciate.

This kind of customer service is exactly why I love Canva—not just for the amazing platform, but for the people behind it who genuinely care about their users. Thank you so much for your help and for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

I’m being charged for a subscription I’ve never used. I do not recommend it. “Not a trustworthy company”

Although, the issue was eventually resolved the whole process is unnecessarily tedious for the customer. This issue could have been resolved in one (maybe two) short phone calls. Instead it took multiple emails many of which required screen shots and recordings by the customer. The amount of effort required to get a simple answer was quite overwhelming. To establish and maintain customer confidence, these types of issues should be handled via phone, not chat and email. A personal interaction can help the customer feel cared for instead of being asked to do the bulk of the problem solving.

I tried Canva once and they automatically signed me up for a subscription without notifying me. I was getting billed for months before I noticed. I cancelled the subscripton and a few months later, they started billing me again without notifying me.

this is a great tool! my only problem is there are no "UNDERTALE" or "deltarune" elements.

I truly appreciate the professionalism and careful responses from most of your support team. However, I did encounter some difficulty with one team member, Erika. It seemed that my email may not have been fully read or understood, which led to a mismatch in the level of support I received. The inconsistency in handling customer inquiries across the team made it quite challenging for me to resolve my issue.

Canva is an exceptional experience on the internet in so many ways, not the least of which is excellent help when you need it and as a premium user, a feeling of being valued and addressed.

user experience is nice, everything on the website is easy to find, use and even learn.

I accidently ordered business cards, i emailed canva support and they gave me a credit on my account for the full amount to go towards my correct order. couldn't be happier with them!

Very easy to migrate from one element to another and a varieties of different templates and even when you stuck, the AI assistant is there to help out.
