Difficult to use
Difficult to use. When one uses the help feature, it's hit or miss on the answer being correct. I've wondered if it was correct at one time but was not updated as the program was tweaked.

I am filing this formal complaint regarding the repeated failure of your support team to address a critical Server-Side Rendering issue. Your team is currently in violation of basic Service Level Agreements (SLA) and platform transparency standards.
1. Contradiction & Admission of Fault:
In your latest response, your agent (JP) explicitly admitted that this is a "Server-side rendering issue." Despite this admission, the team continues to provide "client-side" troubleshooting scripts (VPN, clearing cache, etc.). This is a direct contradiction that shows a lack of internal coordination and a waste of a paying customer's time.
2. Violation of Technical Protocols:
Forcing a user to perform repetitive tasks after the root cause (Server Bottleneck) has been identified is a violation of standard ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) protocols for incident management. Furthermore, the "Grant Access" link provided is broken (404/System Error), preventing any progress and proving a failure in your support infrastructure.
3. Performance Negligence:
A 5-minute video taking over an hour to render and 4 hours to download on a high-speed connection is a clear failure of your cloud infrastructure’s resource allocation. This is not a "performance issue"; it is a denial of service for which I am paying.
My Demands:
Immediate Escalation: This ticket must be moved to Level 3 (Senior Engineering). I will not accept any more replies from general support agents.
Backend Investigation: Inspect the Server Logs and API Response Times for my User ID.
SLA Compliance: Fix the rendering bottleneck immediately or provide a formal explanation for this infrastructure failure.
If this is not resolved, I will take this matter to public consumer platforms and review boards to highlight the technical negligence and the failure of your premium support.
Fix your servers. Stop the scripts.
Great BUT free version is very limited
It's a great program for layouts and has some nice templates, but the free version has become a lot worse recently, with a total bloat of premium products and you can't filter them out to find free elements. If you want to use elements a lot it makes it virtually unusable.

Year after year they have done this to my account which i have now had to close with my bank in order to stop this criminal behaviour. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR CONTACT.
