Your company is a disgrace. Nothing you have listed is true about it. You have no customer service. My package arrived damaged and tried desperately for weeks to get return instructions and a refund, including pictures. I finally cancelled the charge with my credit card company and the damaged art sits in my garage, still sealed in the package, waiting for the credit card company to say I can toss it. DISGRACEFUL SCAM COMPANY.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! Such horrible quality and looks like something you can take a photo pf and blow up yourself. The pixels are so off and what you actually receive is nothing like their website! They take forever to even get a response of a refund and they want you to take a photo to see if quality and control of what your received was okay and to not validate your claim of just crappy work so they dont have to refund! Don't waste your money.
Shocking to find I have bought such shoddy goods. A refusal for a refund, with an insult of an offer of 15% off another purchase.
The canvas is see through, and sad to say 5 dollars on another site instead of the 130 pound we paid.
