A scam? The first purchase I made was a disaster, and even though they made many promises the 2 bags took for ever to arrive, and we missed having them for our trip. Eventually they gave us some money back. For next purchase we were offered a rebate. But they day after we paid, the lowered the price to way under that, and refused to change anything for us. 3 weeks later the purchase isn’t even sent off according to tracking. I have tried to cancel my purchase and requested my money back. No respons. I wonder if I’ll ever see it. Or my money. Really bad.

I bought canvas backpacks twice from this shop, and I've been using the first one almost for 5 months. Overall, it's really nice design and can carry quite a lot of stuff. I usually carry 13" macbook, 8.5" x 11" sketchbook, 5.5" x 8.5" sketchbook, pencil case, 2 pouches (one includes macbook charger), a textbook sometimes, and 2 water bottles. I also carry so many little things in the front pocket. This bag has many useful pockets inside.The second is a school bag is for my brother. The only thing I didn't like is that during the first few days after I got this, I don't how but I found a blot on the bottom that came from the shop, it is ok anyway.
