Great, quality canvas and paints!

Can't wait to paint my 3 new winter paintings. 3 birds in the snow, a beautiful cabin in winter & a kitty sipping hot chocolate by a roaring fire are ready for my brush.

There’s always room for improvement. Some large areas to paint don’t need more than one number indicating the paint color. Especially for thinner paints, it’s one more area we need to double up on the paint. Your Customer Service is very good. This is the second time I’m requesting a new pot each time because of drying up paint and they have been accommodating. Your brushes could improve in quality. The bristles bend after awhile even before I finish a project. I can’t wait to start my 3rd painting!

I have ordered (and received) 7 of these. It’s my new obsession. Good price/quality.

The kit was fantastic! Very nicely put together, and the recipient was thrilled!

Shipping time was reasonable given the holiday season - a little long, but I'd ordered in plenty of time, so it arrived for Christmas.

I have enjoyed Canvas by Numbers for many projects now. This kit was a mini-kit containing nine small canvases to paint. My only concern was that there was no pre-printed guide I have found helpful with the larger projects. I am intending to order soon and always can count on a great experience.

I made the mistake of not checking reviews before I made the purchase. Big mistake. Don't know why Canvas By Numbers got a 79% rating. It should be 0%. Placed an order 12-16-25. I knew I wouldn't get it before Christmas. Today is 1-2-26. CBN suspiciously sent an email, that I never received, saying it was delivered 12-29-25, but I never received the order. They don't display customer service number on their website, just leave a message space, so I left a message. Haven't heard anything. Don't order from this company. Miserable service!

I ordered 2 paint by number kits, to be given as gifts, at the end of November, and I received 1 of the 2 kits on December 19th. In the tracking information, it said that both kits were delivered, but I have a picture that clearly shows only 1 kit was delivered.
I tried 6 separate times to contact the company regarding the issue, with no response at all. I finally received an email that said they would look into it and contact me within 48 hours. That was a week ago, and I have not heard a single thing back.
This kit cost over $70, and I do not have the kit, nor was I issued a refund from the company.
Very poor customer service, I would never order anything from this company again, and I would never recommend them to anyone.

If i could leave a 0 that would be best. Ordered it 6 weeks before Christmas and promised me and probably a bunch of other it would be here for christmas and still has not arrived. All we received is a sorry email.. to me that doesn't cut it when you knew that you wouldn't make the deadline. Still took our money. A refund would be nice. You got our money now my wife got no gift. Ill never use you again and ill make sure everyone i know will never use you as well. Hope it was worth it for you.

Just to tell, they offer some "Christmas offers" early december. The 6th, we ordered for Christmas.

Our order was send more then one week later. We are the 23th december, guess what? The order only arrived to my country. In 2025, I don't think it is acceptable.

Christmas is ruined.

Absolutely beautiful. I haven’t finished it yet do to health issues but I love the color and texture part that I did complete.

Overall, I love your product! However, I think the brushes could be a better quality and there seem to be many little areas where there are no numbers. I use them to be creative with color choices! This purchase will be my second in the intermediate category; when I get more confident I will try advanced.

I have bought 8 paint by number kits. I have finished 6 of the paintings and they have all framed. They are from custom photos of family so that down the years they all can have something from me to remember! Leaving behind the world a better place is my aim in life, and these custom paint by number kits are some of the greatest inventions ever made I believe!! I have tried painting oil and acrylic and could never make them look so good as from a Paint by Numbers Kit from Canvas by Numbers! Definitely worth your time and money!!

The quality of your custom designs are the best I could find in the market. The attention to minute details and then you design it with fewer colours than your competitors.

The quality of you canvases has always been better than any others out in the market.

You willingness to push the boundaries with your clients when rules limit what we can do one way - you will try new approaches with your clients.

I love canvas by numbers. They helped me fix a mistake I made in ordering so that I get what I really wanted for a project I am doing. It is definitely my new hobby.
