Having purchased several canvases from other companies, I would rate the canvases I received with a 3.75- 4.00 out of 5. The pictures reproduced very nicely on the canvas- they were clear and the color was distinct and very close to the actual photograph. However the canvas itself is very thin and loosely stretched. Most importantly the canvas was not securely stapled onto the frame. Another plus would have been to enclose the back of the frame with a cover and possibly a tooth hook for hanging picture. However, all in all, for the money it was worth the price.

My order has been sitting on their dock for 8 days now and has not been picked up by the shipper. Fast turn around ? Ha ! This dog won’t bite me again. Need canvas prints? Go somewhere else. I ordered on the 7th. Simple 8x12 canvas prints. Just five of them. The presentation was supposed to be today but 10 days after I placed my order, the shipper has not even picked them up yet. How can they sit on the shipping dock for 8 days without somebody noticing that they’re still on the outgoing table? This is ridiculous and I will NOT be using this fly by night co. again.

I love the pictures, I order for each month of my granddaughter and also for my other granddaughter who is 8 months 🥰

I wanted to make a gift for a friend and searched the Internet to find a company to print a photo on canvas. The prices this company charges are extremely reasonable, so I decided to give them a try. The product arrived in a timely manner, it looked great, and my friend was thrilled. I will definitely be doing business with this company again.

I am a repeat customer. The first time it was a 'good' experience - nice canvas but shipping was slow due to the holidays (almost two weeks for delivery). However, this second time around, it was GREAT. I ordered an 8" x 12" canvas print. Still nice quality, affordable, but I received it in 5 days. Item was well packaged, so I didn't experience any issues. I highly recommend Canvasdiscount.com.

The acrylic prints I ordered came damaged (there were air bubbles and random scratches stuck between the print backing and the acrylic board) and it was really obvious when looking at the photo. I had to get them reprinted somewhere else. I wanted to return these low quality pieces and they asked me to scratch them out to ruin them before sending me a refund (they also insisted on reprinting them before the refund even though I didn’t need them anymore which was a waste of materials— spoiler alert— the reprints had air bubbles in them too). When I scratched them and sent them proof, they refused the refund two weeks later on account of me not damaging them “enough”. They had already been recycled by this point so I had no other way of getting my refund from them. I am feeling like I got scammed out of my money here even though they claim to have a “satisfaction guarantee.” I am very much unsatisfied with canvas discount

Ordered a 24x36 canvas and an 8x10. The 8x10 is fine but the 24x36 is crap. Poorly stretched so it’s all loose and wavy. It arrived with multiple dents/creases. Clearly no care was taken to ensure I received this canvas in good condition. My guess is most people with good experiences order smaller canvases.

My first 1 Star review was regarding the low quality Acrylic Prints I was sent.

From all the positive reviews it is possible that their Canvas Prints look good (I don’t know because I didn’t have an ordered a canvas print from them)…however, do NOT order an Acrylic Print!

This review is focusing on the horrible Canvas Discount Customer Service I am now dealing with.

Your emails will be ignored for days, and then when they are responded to…it is as if they didn’t even read the content of your previous emails. VERY frustrating!

I have requested to SPEAK to a member of Canvas Discount (they do not post any phone number to contact them).

So the Canvas Discount company…low quality products AND low quality Customer Service!! 👎
