Had to check in on the status before it…
Had to check in on the status before it was shipped, which was many weeks, 3 weeks after the order. No response was received, but a tracking number magically appeared a few days later.

Canvas - would purchase again, highly recommend
Canvas arrived as stated within time frame. Delivery was good- shipping container was sturdy. Canvas in excellent condition. Artist appreciated the quality of canvas. After work was completed, used shipping container to transport finished piece to final destination. Definitely recommend purchasing from this business. Will reach out to them for future purchases.

excellent product delivered safely
my main concern with the canvases i ordered was for those to arrive safely and to have no scratches etc. as those were quite large sizes. Canvaslot went out of their way to ensure not only the product was excellent but also the packaging was perfect! both canvases arrived safely

Wood panels full of holes and filler
These were the worst cradled wood panels I've ever seen. I would have returned them if I had time to get new ones before my deadline. There were nail holes poorly filled with putty all along the top surface and on all the sides with nails sticking out and sanded down. I covered the panel with another piece of birch panel to make it usable. Packaging was great- panels were shipped in a custom wood box with cardboard sides.

The panels are great and just what I…
The panels are great and just what I was looking for. I was also SUPER impressed with the packaging they came in - I will definitely be able to reuse it when I transport the completed artwork. Although there was a bit of a communication glitch in terms of when the panels would ship, customer service followed up quickly. And I received the panel shortly thereafter.
