Very prompt. Good deal with 2 for 1. Shipping was well done. Priming of canvas was very thin. Too thin. Canvas seems too loose on frame. Possibly due to travel in hot climate?

I received my stretched canvases quickly and was able to get to work immediately. My only criticism is that I wish that that there were not loops installed (on the presumed top of each piece). I had to remove those before I could start to work.

Only fault was that the 2 12x16" canvases where slightly off measure so they didn't fit my floater frames. It's okay as they are of most excellent quality and don't require being floater framed at all. So I have ordered 2 12x 16" canvases from another company to be able to use my floaters. It's all good!

Always pleased with quality of work. Getting more expensive though.

Great professional quality canvases. I typically stretch my own canvases (have been for 30+ years) because I’m not thrilled with the quality of pre-stretched canvases I’ve seen even in reputable art supply stores. These were tight, straight, square and true with heavy duty stretcher bars and corner blocking and fine heavy canvas. Primed and ready for paint right out of the crate. Even the crating lumber was straight-grained clear lumber that I can reuse if I ever need to stretch my own canvases again.

Fast and reliable service on custom size panel, well packaged. Arrived in good shape.

Canvas Lot is the absolute worst company I've worked with! They sent me TORN and UNUSABLE canvases, delayed my order by 7x the stated production and shipment time, never refunded my order and did not even bother to respond to my follow up emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased two massive 120" x 84" canvases (worth $1,600+ each), requested a change to my order several days later for smaller canvases 120" x 72" for which the company agreed to do. The website said that the product was made within 7-10 days. I received my order 44 days from my original order date, both canvases were torn and unusable.

Canvas lot never provided me a refund for the reduction in canvas size (which was suppose to be cheaper than the ones I purchased), never acknowledged that they made any mistakes by shipping it over 7 times the length of the stated time and beyond that literally never refunded me for any of the order. I provided them with all of their requested documentation and they didn't bother with any type of assistance. Rude, unprofessional and outright fraud.

Unless you want to risk losing money, receive damaged goods, delays and rude customer service, I would highly recommend looking for alternative reliable companies who actually care for their customers.
