Quality-Shipping cost misleading
Two issues, one of our canvases came crooked and will not sit along the wall flat. The next issue, if you buy vouchers from Groupon, or pay directly on the website, and put your zip code in, the estimate shipping amount should not jump from $16 to $60. If you enter the correct zip code in the estimated shipping cost area, the cost should only go up/down a few dollars. The lady on the support line was no help. I get it’s going to Hawaii, but you should not mislead customers by asking the zip code, giving a lower shipping cost and then having it rise to over $60. Don’t ask for a zip code if you’re not going to be anywhere close to that cost!

Extremely Disappointed – Package Delivered to Wrong Address, No Resolution
My time sensitive package was delivered to the wrong address and there has been no resolution at all. I've not received my package nor a refund. In very disappointed and upset by this level of service.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Canvas on Sale.
My order contained personal, private photos, and it was delivered to the wrong address. The delivery driver went to a completely different unit somewhere else, and never came to my address at all. This is a serious breach of trust, especially considering the nature of the items.
I have reached out to their customer service multiple times, and despite taking my money, they have not resolved the issue. I have not received my package, and there has been no meaningful follow-up or solution provided.
This order was time-sensitive and meant for a special event, which makes the situation even more frustrating.
At this point, I feel ignored as a customer and very disappointed in the level of service and accountability. Very disappointing. I would not recommend ordering from them.
