Poor print quality on acrylic prints, unlevel mounting bracket
Poor print quality on acrylic prints. Multiple defects/dust particles between print and acrylic layer. Required re-print 3 times and still had issues! Also the aluminum mount on the back of the piece is not level, off by 1-2cm from either side. I contacted customer service regarding both of these issues which they assured me would be addressed by production team on re-print. Each re-print had the exact same issues repeated! Never again.

The order turned out pretty good
The order turned out pretty good. When trying to adjust the photo in the 8x8 I couldn't get it to fit correctly. The other thing was I had trouble getting the code from Groupon to transfer to Canvas on sale. I've had trouble with your site before.

Very deceptive pricing.
The products have been of good quality. However, the pricing has been all over the map. The first time I bought one it was $40. The next time I tried to buy one during the next “big” sale it was $120. Needless to say, I did not buy one. Almost every day they send an email with another big sale. You can’t tell the real sale value unless you upload a photo and try to check out. Very deceptive pricing.
They said they would send me an email to discuss my experience. I have not heard from them.
