I bought the wrong size shoes. Canyon store was quick to help get the shoes returned and a larger pair sent my way. They even covered shipping. I bought these internationally and was a little concerned, since I usually buy shoes in person. They made the process a breeze. Thank you

Daniel at Canyonstore has been most helpful in my purchase of a pair of ladies canyoning boots. I made an error when I purchased the original ones and got a size too big. I was quite annoyed at myself and had to see them back. Daniel was very patient with me in helping to select a size that was right for me... even going as far as contacting Bestard themselves to get the boot measurements and compare them against my foot! What’s more, the boots I have returned have been held in customs for and Daniel has been very patient in awaiting their arrival to refund my original boots. So overall, I would definitely recommend this store and the excellent customer support. Also, make sure when you purchase any clothing or shoes online to double check the sizing. Daniel and his team are more than happy to help!

Ordered shoes from the canyon store. I am in the US and the shoes were delivered in under a week!! Several emails that confirmed the order and tracking info that was easy to use. Would definitely buy from them again and have already recommended them to friends

Thanks for the review. In our experience small packages tend to go through customs really fast, so they get delivered in 5 - 7 business days. Larger packages sometimes attract the customs attention and they sometimes get stuck in the red tape. .. In any case: enjoy your gear !
