DISHONEST TOWING COMPANY
I called them and was quoted $140-$150 to tow my truck. Truck was already being towed to GM dealer.
I gave the guy my credit card to authorize $161.xx ($150+tax?)
I asked him to send me a receipt.
I didn't receive a receipt so I checked my card online and he charged me $213.82 .
I called him and asked why and he said he had to use skates. I told him I never authorized $213.82, and he never sent me a receipt. He said he texted it, He did not. I insisted on the original quote $161 or I would dispute the amount charged. He said he would have the owner call me. I asked when she would call, he said right after he got off the phone.
No one called me.
DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THIS COMPANY!
