Everything from navigating & ordering on the app is easy & straightforward. Layout is perfect. Allowing u to choose from colour, team, & types easily. Prices are competitive & u can bag a bargain all the time. Caps arrive their own cap baggy. Packaging is recyclable which is a bonus. The only negative thing I can say is the delivery. Often it takes over a week to arrive. But it's a little thing to put up with on an otherwise great service. I've ordered 3 caps so far & they've all arrived in perfect condition. Not had any problems or reasons to be unhappy so far. Since using these guys, more similar services have popped up on my feed & so far none are as well presented or priced as Caphunters. Happy customer. Will continue to use Caphunters till I'm too old to wear caps lol

First of all, I never took notice that I was ordering from overseas. I was looking for a specific hat for my son in law for his birthday. It took a little longer than I expected but the product arrived nicely packaged and he loves the hat. The product is well made and exactly what he was looking for. Thank you.

I love the NY New Era cap, however delivery is way too long the longest I've ever experienced. I ordered on 6/12/26 and my item came 7/9/26.

Cap hunters customer service was impeccable. They had a creative way to communicate the shipping status which was humorous and caring. The tracking updates were extremely useful being that it was coming from overseas. The person really loved the hard to get product and I thank caphunters and will definitely be using them

To Caphunters.ca: Why do I have to pay $43.00 DUTY on one hat?
I bought 2 hats in good faith and was so happy with the item. Then was contacted to pick up the other hat at the post office. This is deceptive pricing! Next time, include the DUTY in the price. It is your responsibility!!!
