This company is a highly professional SCAM.
I had been with them for 7 months with positive results.
My original broker had "a break" and another broker was there to help if needed.
When my original broker returned it was "OMG your account has gone gangbusters with auto trading - we need to put some $$ into your bank"
I wanted to withdraw $5k at a time from my $123k account.
They "inadvertently" (supposedly) put $100k into blockchain.
I asked for it to be reversed - can't be done was the reply - doesn't work like that.
They said I had to pay a Blockchain fee of 17%!?
So in my case that was 17k.
I was sent an email with a link for paying the fee into.
I said take it out of remaining funds (23k)
No cannot do that as Blockchain has a freeze on your account (??!!) and no further transactions can be done until the $17k is paid(a weekly interest charge of 0.8% is added whilst fee is unpaid)
I told them I didn't have those $$ - get a loan was their answer!
Then I came here and saw others have had bad experiences - one similar to mine.
Cheaper to burn my initial investment than get a loan and risk further "twists" that would no doubt cost me more and even bigger $$.
They really do look legit and trades do happen - then auto trader (supposedly) kicks in and good profits start happen.
Obviously their investment in time and a very professional set up pays big dividend.

So the trading game was great. Huge profits. Then I ask to withdraw. They say I have to pay blockchain Inc 17% to have my money back. Upfront. So they won't take it out. As if! I feel stupid enough to allow myself to be scammed. They seemed so legit. So now I don't know where my money is... well I know it's gone. Merry Christmas to me.

It's nice, but not the best.

I have trade with Capitalco for 2 week...
- instan execution
- low spread (floating .. for eu betwen 0.5 to 1 pips) better apply directly and no use ib.. cause can be additional spread
- no slipage

I must admit that, despite the fact that it is not in my native language, this site is well done and run by intelligent people who care about the problems of the members.

I received an email claiming that the documents I had submitted had expired, but since this was not the case, I clarified in chat, and everything was resolved quickly.

Browser is serious enough, and it is managed by people who are equally serious.

There was no delay or waiting for them to respond to my chat. My support person then responded quickly and completely to the ten or so questions I had. There is no wait time between questions, as with some brokers.

This broker is genuine. I've been a trader for almost 5 years.
I tried EA's, scalping, renko and point&figure.
I have no complaints. Everything runs as smoothly as butter.
deposit and withdraw is smooth as well.
