From the beginning, the response was quick albeit a little generic, don't be "put off" as after the initial introduction communication things heated up and a senior loan person takes over. Our concerns were quickly addressed and were eased with several calls and communications. At the end of the day their offer for the type of loan "sub-prime/ revenue receipt based" was one of the best for our needs.
