Unverified claims about my business credit score are misleading at best and fraudulent at worst.
Encouragement to apply through their website possible phishing attempts to steal financial information.
The Phone contact that was provided in the email was (520-214-6087), which has a stated "faster approval," yet there was no transparency about the offer's lender, terms, or legitimacy.

I recently received an unsolicited email from a fella named John Saunders, claiming to be the Affiliate Manager at Capital Gurus. On the surface, it looked like a simple referral offer for accountants. But the more I dug, the more it stunk of something fishy.
The Evidence:
Reputation: A quick search on the BBB showed a trail of complaints about misleading practices.
Website: The links? A bare-bones, unbranded page that set off all the alarms.
Unsolicited Email: A tactic straight out of the scammer’s playbook.
Here’s the email, just so you can see the whole thing:
Subject: Referral Program Inquiry
Hi,
If you're in accounting or bookkeeping, Capital Gurus offers commissions for referring clients in need of financing. You can earn up to 30%, with a "fast" approval process.

DKIM Passing for a Different Domain: The DKIM signature passes for us.en25.com, suggesting that the emails are being sent via a mass-marketing platform rather than the claimed business entity.
Suspicious Reply-To Address: The emails claim to be from George Dawson (lendmefund.com), but the reply-to address is consistently hello-123capitalgurus.hs-inbox.com, a tactic often used in phishing and scam campaigns.
High Spam Score: Microsoft’s filters have flagged these emails as likely spam (Spam Confidence Level: 5).
Unusual Unsubscribe Links: The unsubscribe mechanism is encoded to obscure its true nature, a common indicator of deceptive practices.
