Usual system with stabily working…
Usual system with stabily working functions and tools. E-wallet with fiat and crypto currency, cards in usd,eur, marketplace with web tools for working with traffic in different verticals, fast support, high level of account protection. To my mind, this system needs to develop more payment channels.

Capitalist Cardspro is the most buggy financial service I have never seen
The cards pro service is 70% worse than the main capitalist service. There is a lot of issues on card issuing, card top up, card payment (declined payment) and even card transaction hitrory is a mess. Too many bugs these days. I hope you will be aware of them.

Well you say you haven't blocked accounts in 8 years and people haven't lost their funds, yet you have sent me an email saying you are doing just that? With 24,000 in the account and I can't get in contact with you. I wish I could put a picture here and I'd put a copy of the email!!!!

Not a rare problem
When the system works then everything works normally, Card payments, cash withdrawals, with normal commission is really ok. But the biggest problem is that it happens for 20, 30 days that I can't transfer money from account to card, so I can use it. It's really a problem for me!

Generally nice, but currently loadup problems ALL THE TIME
Generally a great service .. fees a bit high in my opinion, but very uncomplicated and once verified you can open an unlimited number of vccs within seconds .... IF!!! the issuing bank is working. And the recent months have been pretty horrible.. i have given up any hope to be able to reliably load my credit cards .. currently, there is a 50/50 chance if your load up will work or not. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesnt. No explanations as to why, support always says the same "issue with bank, check back later". No time frame, no info, nothing .. that made using the service pretty excruciating for me over the last weeks especially .. seems like every time i really need to load up my card quickly, of course yet again it doesnt work .. if this is fixed in the future, capitalist would deserve 5 stars, but these problems renders their service pretty useless quite often..

But every time the reply was a terse one-liner that failed to answer my question.

No KYC veryfication - that's great bonus for virtual card issue! But I can't get it why now there are problems with card replenishment? Still waiting for normal mode. That's the only reason to minus 1 star. In the other hand, Capitalist offers virtual card for 3$ after account veryfication, mass issuing up to 100 cards with no veryfication too. Very helpful in affiliate marketing. Thanks!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
They just don't care about their customers. if you have a problem they will just ask you for a screenshot and give you some silly reasons for the problem without solving anything. they answer fast but they solve nothing. if you don't like your money you can use this service.
Also don't trust them with your documents you don't know what they do with them
