Hybrid voice and screen execution that works

We run a mid-size credit book and historically split flow between two voice brokers and an EMS. Since moving the complex trades to Capital Nova's hybrid desk last quarter we've cut the number of disconnected confirmation threads significantly. The side-by-side blotter in Pro 2.0 means I can compare where the screen was trading against my negotiated level at the same timestamp — it has genuinely improved our post-trade TCA conversations with allocators. London desk answers within minutes during market hours, even for blocks.
