Very professional team with good knowledge of the industry!

I have been with Capital Rise for a number of years now - I can say with confidence that every one of my expectations has been met and exceeded. Customer service is second to none with the (knowledgeable and capable) team on hand via chat to answer my many investment questions. Claire in particular has guided and supported me in my investment journey. Urma as CEO ensures that due diligence has secured a 100 percent successes rate. No investment is ever totally secure but some are much better managed than other. Capital Rise is certainly at the top of its game and long may it last.

Very easy to invest, monitor and then reinvest once loans have matured. Strong returns but would like to see them passing more of this on to the syndicated retail investors, especially in a rising rate environment.

Really enjoying using the platform. Support has been great. Can't fault the returns.

That said, would always recommend people to only invest what they're comfortable investing as part of a balanced portfolio.

Good communications and good to see that CapitalRise were prepared to exercise their security rights to ensure our investment was repaid in full in a timely way .

Amazing website. I've been investing for many years and achieved exactly the returns advertised. None of the deals have suffered a loss. Customer service is brilliant.

Best investments ever made, excellent track record, amazing returns and easy to use... easily 5 stars and over if possible.

I have invested in 56 opportunities with CR over the last couple of years. 47 have so far paid pack, on time, in full. Remainder are still live and on track. All projects are meticulously researched by CR, the majority are "first charge" with exceptional LTVs. The directors invest their own money in every project. Highly recommended.

So far all investments have paid out on time, and dealings with Capitalrise staff have been exemplary.

I have invested with CapitalRise since March 2019 and had made 6 investments so far.
3 of them have been repaid, while 3 are still live. The reason I have invested with CR is because the directors take due diligence and risk their personal stake in these portfolios.
The CR dashboard is very clear and navigable so you can track your investment at any time and the returns are far better than leaving it in a bank.
I have no hesitation in recommending CR.

My ISA investments here never delay, money withdrawn quickly, everything clear and informative, easy to use!

Always so helpful with rapid answers to questions and (this bit of) my little nest egg keeps on growing.
