This company's disregard for human decency is concerning since they want to destroy your finances. Instead of letting you take money out of your account, they will always urge that you put more. Stop doing business with them and take your complaints elsewhere.
It is a scam don't believe them they will tell your money is safe and convince all the way to invest and don't return the money back.
They are a scam. You invest money. It shows you made money in profits. You can not reinvest the profits to trade more, you have to add more finds to the platform. They tell you that you can't withdraw your money until the end of the month. You try to withdraw at the end of month and you get told no. You have to invest more and upgrade your account to some plan. You reply to email and it bounces back.

I am now told my account is on probation hold until I add money to it aka upgrade it to withdrawal money.
