TRUFFA. ATTENZIONE AI PREZZI VARIATI!
Ho acquistato online due biglietti alcuni giorni prima del volo in mongolfiera. Ho pagati 298 euro in totale. Ci hanno dato conferma e chiesto i dati dell'hotel per l'incontro la mattina del volo. Tutto sembrava ok.
Il giorno prima del volo, tramite messaggio whatsapp, mi vengono chiesti in aggiunta altri 180 euro a testa (360 euro totali! Più del doppio già pagato!!!) per fare il volo, giustificando il fatto che il giorno prima non si era potuto volare e i prezzi erano aumentati a causa della grande richiesta. Non ho assolutamente accettato questa truffa... ho acquistato i biglietti con largo anticipo e non era specificato che i prezzi erano variabili... anzi il sito specifica che i prezzi sono garantiti!!! Sono passate quasi due settimane e sto ancora aspettando il loro rimborso. VERGOGNA!
Aggiornamento di metà settembre 2024: ho ottenuto il rimborso dopo una estenuante insistenza e svariati solleciti.

Betrügerisches Vorgehen
Nach Online-Bezahlung und Buchungsbestätigung wurde per WhatsApp am Tag vor dem Ballonflug 70 € zusätzlich gefordert, später sogar 90 €, alternativ hätte man den Flug stornieren können bzw müssen. Die Bezahlung hätte am Morgen des Fluges in bar erfolgen sollen, Rückfrage bei der deutschen Botschaft in der Türkei ergab, dass im Rahmen der massiven Inflation ein solches Vorgehen häufiger vorkommt.
