Results are fine, their interpretations are illogical and money motivated
They slant test results to make it seem like you need to do more and more tests so they make more money. Per them, no matter how many motive sperm you have, the ONLY thing that matters is their proprietary measurement of "cap-score" which is determined as the % of sperm capable of generating a pregnancy. But if you have 10x the "normal" amount, that - logically - would matter overall, but per them it doesn't. In other words 20% of 1M (200,000) < 27% of 100K (27,000).
So just a bit of insanity going on over there.
