Awful company lies to its customers. Horrible customer service

Company has gone way way down. 3x they accepted my refill request days away. Only to be told a half hour before delivery they don’t have it in stock. The text help service takes forever to respond. I honestly don’t see this company lasting long. Customer service reps that lie to you in messages. Stick with Walgreens or local pharmacists or regret it later

STAY Away FROM THIS PLACE

The worst place as the Pharmacists only care about themselves. They dont want any perceived red flags and will deny your medicines, delay and or say they “are out of stock”. If you are in pain…too bad. Suffer until we call your doctor, and he calls back and then maybe we will fill your order. They do not accept prescriptions,only they need triple confirmation. Joke.

I’ve really loved my halo

I’ve loved my halo - I bought it 3 years ago and I needed an out of warranty repair when I broke a clip. I booked it in, it was collects and returned by halo and am very pleased. I love that a service like this exists - I don’t know any others that do this. V happy I get to use my halo even longer!

Capsule is horrendous

Capsule is horrendous. Incompetent or negligent - either unacceptable as a pharmacy.

I had an out-of-state renewal that Capsule botched. Left open for a week. They kept saying they were following up in 1-2 hours but continuously did nothing.

They need to be shutdown. I've never seen a company care so little for their customers.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could! They are an absolute mess and I wouldn’t trust them with your health and medical info. I spent about a week of back and forth with them to get a prescription refilled before a trip. They ensured me that I would get it in time, and at the last minute told me it was out of stock. The lack of professionalism and disorganization is 1000% not ok when they are dealing with their customer’s health. Please don’t use them!

I have been a Capsule client for about…

I have been a Capsule client for about one year. The service was OK, with a few lateness here and there. But the services has gone down hill. Cancer meds not delivered for three days since the order was placed. No communication other than "WE ARE SORRY FOR NOT COMMUNICTING SOONER" DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. If you want to live?

Capsule, too young too die, too mismanaged not to

Capsule was a breath of fresh air for several years, quick, dependable, flexible - but no more. After laying off 13% of their staff and moving somewhere way, way uptown it now takes them TWO DAYS to dispatch an order. So I might as well use one of those volume discount mail order places, which is exactly what I just did. And I'm back standing in line for an emergency anti-bacterial at Duane Reade because the best Capsule could do was 48 hours. Somehow I doubt it takes 48 hours to rollerblade from Upper Harlem to the UWS. Goodbye Capsule, fare thee well, t'was but a fleeting dream we had...

Bad experience. Can’t Be Trusted.

Bad experience. No quality control. Dishonest. Arbitrary policies. I had been using Capsule for several months, but no longer trust this company and won’t be doing business with them again. After filling the same prescription from the same doctor for 7 months they suddenly informed me of a corporate policy that won’t allow them to accept certain prescriptions from out of state doctors. We usually provide customers with 3 months notice to allow them to find another doctor they said. When I inquired what happened to that notice period in my case, they admitted they had not followed company policy. So since they had mistakenly filled it for 7 months in apparent violation of their company policy, I was not entitled to any notice period. They screwed up, but I’m the one that got screwed. Nice way to treat customers.

Cancelled my prescription.

Cancelled my prescription.

The 2nd refill of my prescription through Capsule apparently needs more paperwork from my Doctor. Capsule didn't tell me until the day the medication was set to be delivered.

They had a month to work out any issues/notify my of any issues but waited until the day of delivery—and now there's a gap is my medication while I get it sorted. They weren't able to offer any help.

Maybe avoid Capsule if it's urgent you get your medication, since it seems they can just cancel filling it without warning.

The most stress-free customer service ever

Dealing with pharmacies is usually a huge source of stress, but Capsule has been the best one I have ever used. They transferred my previous prescriptions so quickly and seamlessly, it was like magic. Every home delivery has been on time and error free. A pharmacist even texted with me about a question. That's never happened before in my life. The service doesn't seem more expensive than other pharmacies, but even if it were, I would probably still use them. I know startups come and go, but this is one I really hope stays and thrives.

I didn't think pharmacies got worse than CVS ..

I could go on for hours explaining the ineptitude at play with this company but will spare you. I've lived in the area 3 months. Filled maybe ten-twenty prescriptions and in that time they have failed to NOT mess up a single, single one of them. This pharmacy is the reason why mental health is stigmatized so greatly and why people do not seek care. I cannot say enough terrible things about them. I hope they are reading.
