Got here 1day before expected but. The custom firmware is just not good st all just get the base dma and get custom firmware they took 2 days to respond to my ticket which I assume they were busy.

Horrible Support Good Luck if you Run Into Issues
Horrendous support, did not resolve my issue. All signs point towards defective hardware but a replacement nor refund was not even considered. Didn't bother returning since it will cost me almost half of what I paid with all the return fees + shipping

The prompt TLP error is a firmware issue!
Suggest you find a firmware seller to replace it with another firmware.

Products work fine, and support is good has easy guides to setup and use. The main reason i ordered from captain was due to them stating it would take 3 days for it to arrive. My parcel was delayed and was constantly being moved around by UPS. Its not really a fault on their behalf but i believe 4 stars is justified.
