This company is not to be trusted. They ripped me off for $6500 Canadian.

This all took place the first week of June 2025 I dealt with two individuals Adam Reuben and Martin Thompson far as I know these could even be made up names. They took me for $6500 Canadian. They basically promise you the world they get into your telephone by using a shared connection and they are very good at convincing you to invest but then when I try to get my money back, they would not give it to me. They put my money in an Atomic crypto wallet, and I was unable to get my money out. It was phoney currency then when I try to get my money from them, they communicate with you over telegram then after they have your money and they don’t want to communicate with you anymore, they block you off of telegram do not use this company for anything. They are very fraudulent. They will steal money from you. please do not give them any of your hard earned dollars they will rip you off. They are a bunch of crooks and they need to be stopped.

A scam on top of a previous scam

I wrote a review of the fraudulent activity of capup.ai a few weeks ago and I have just received a call from a representative called Veronica claiming to be able to retrieve the money I had lost to that bogus company. She claimed she was an employee of the “Security department of blockchain analysis” a cyber crimes investigation unit that identified people who had been swindled by illegitimate companies. She was referring specifically to capup.ai, a company that apparently offered trading platforms using leverage techniques on the OTC market to make a profit on money you had invested using an atm terminal called HODL. When you check out the website there is no such company, they pretend that they are a special department of a legitimate company from Haarlem, North Holland, Netherlands. Do not fall for this scam as it is just another attempt to con you further into thinking that they can recover your lost funds. When I called the number she had called me from I receive a message that the number was “inactive’. When she called the next morning, I questioned her about this and she said that she was calling from a computer, but when I asked how to contact her by email she said that their system was down and they were using Telegraph instead – the same method that capup.ai used to communicate with me. I played along and became more convinced that it was a scam on top of a scam. I don’t know where she received my number but suspect it was provided to her directly by capup.ai, or by a network that sells numbers of previous suckers that might think they could have their lost funds returned. She claimed that the reason she was able to reach me was because the Atomic wallet I had used in the previous scam was “open” rather than “closed” due to capup.ai neglecting to do the latter. There is no such thing as an “open wallet”. All BS and I played along to see how far she would go to convince me. I recorded the call as I knew it was just another way to defraud unsuspecting investors. For those of you who have read my initial review of capup.ai on Jan. 27, 2025 and have asked to have their funds returned and then realized that they were scammed, please be aware that this is just another method of scamming you again. Don’t believe the reviews that followed mine about capup.ai. They are either bogus, or written by their “clients” who haven’t tried to close their accounts. If they do, they will quickly realize they have been scammed.

Company Capup has truly exceeded my expectations. They helped me make informed decisions about my investments. I love the transparency and a wide array of assets. Only thing I would change is that some products have complicated terms, but their team is always ready to help clarify.

It is a scam

It is a scam. Do not invest any of your hard earned cash into this company. I invested £1200 and I was told that my investment generated 7000k dollars. When I tried to withdraw the funds, they insisted that I pay an additional £2000 pounds and turned aggressive and nasty. I haven't seen a penny of my investment or been able to get back my original invested sums. Please do not be fooled by them. They don't even deserve 1 star.
